"Anushka, don't you think it's about time you should get yourself a boyfriend?" I ask while munching my fries as Bhavin shifts uncomfortably at my question and coughed loudly.

"Nope. I am doing just fine without one."
She shrugged after a brief pause. I know that she's probably wondering why I have a sudden interest in her love life. The things you have to do when you have an amazing friend.

"But you'll be happier with someone by
your side." I insisted as I dunked my fries in ketchup.

I love ketchup.

"I have you and jannu idiot by my side what all I need afterall."

"You know what I'm talking about, you." I sighed, giving her a flat look.

"Why are we even talking about this?"

"No reason." I shrug nonchalantly and
glance around the cafeteria. Joe texted
me, saying they had detention something along the lines of throwing a fit in the classroom and talking back.

It's been a long time since just the three
of us ate lunch together. As much as I
love the peace and quiet, I kind of miss
them as well. Jack's unaware craziness, Joe's dad-talks, and Siddharth's flirting.

He left early morning after giving me a forehead kiss( because what happen when he going was that I was awake due to the sunlight and found myself on  Siddharth's chest I blushed and looked at him, basically checking him during his sleep and he look cute as fuck while sleeping.......While I was seeing his full features he said something-

Sid- Baby it's bad to check ur handome and cutee boyfriend during his handome sleep rather than wake him up by giving kiss on his lips babygirl! That's what you should learn! 😂😂

I blushed at him but hide it and gave him ' are you serious look'

He chuckled and said something again which made me blush again

Sid- Baby I know you are loving our position even I am too but the thing is that I have to go now (he said last part sadly).

I became sad but don't know why!
And moved my head from his chest and maintained the enough distance between us.🤭

He wake up and was leaving when he gave me a peck on my lips I was stunned with the sudden kiss.

We've been growing a lot closer and I've been really enjoying being kinda friends with him.
It was fun teasing him and see him get so riled up easily. My favourite part was to look at Siddharth's face when Bhavin
flirts with me, it's worth paying for.

The bell rang, bringing me back to reality.

I stood up immediately as an idea popped into my head. She's never going to willingly agree to go on a date with Bhavin.

However, if I asked her to come with me on a double date, then it's all game. I  will probably get a bunch of death threats from her, but it's not going to be anything physical, so it was all good.

"Hey, Anu?" I asked, pulling her off to the side.

"What's up?"

"I need a favor. Can you come with me
somewhere?" I say as I throw my trash
away.
