I needed some fresh air. Luke could sometimes be my everything, I'd just wish he knew it. but then again Alex who cares? who cares about your feelings. there I go again that little voice in my head's job is literally to put me down. gee, thanks.

I started to longboard and then obviously I pass Luke's house. I wave and causally smile like there's nothing wrong. oh joy, here he comes.

"Hey Alex! how're you? I've missed hanging out with you so much, it's just I've been busy and I've been needing to get things done and I need to hang out with Haley since she's practically forcing me too and-" "stop." I cut him off. wow. that was supposed to stay inside my head. "what?" he replied, confused. "nothing, I just don't want to see you all stressed out, yanno?" I faked a laugh. "oh, well...yeah, I guess I do have a lot on my mind. do you mind if I join you?" he asked. "Not a problem" I said.

this was beautiful. not me and Luke together, but just the scenery. we were boarding down an open road, with the sunset behind us. perfect lighting. I swear if you gave me one day to just sit and admire the world, I would. it's such a beautiful thing. I constantly tell luke too and he agrees as well. we love sitting and watching the sunsets. breath taking.

"hey, um...Alex?" Luke broke the silence, thank gosh. "yeah?" I replied, waiting to see what, yet another, deep conversation would come to. "I'm honestly thinking about." he stopped, why? what was he holding back? "yes? go on." i said impatiently. "i'm thinking about breaking up with Haley" my eyes widened, but I kept that shocked feeling to myself. be as supportive as you can Alex, don't be too persuasive. "oh...well, is it because of your busy schedule n stuff?" I asked. "no actually, it's her personality. it's horrible. honestly, I believe I was out of my mind when I asked her out! ohmygosh." he laughed. "true, it seemed like it. no offense, she was sort of an ignorant little girl." I smiled, because after all, wasn't that all true? "haha I know right, but there's one more reason why I would like to let her go...." he added. "oh yeah? whats that?" I questioned. "you, the boys, the videos. I need to keep it all. I can't loose my best friends. and me and you, we're too close I can't imagine a day without you and your advice. its too much to loose, yanno?" wow, finally. someone must've knocked some sense into him. "yeah, we've all been feeling kind of ignored by you lately, mine and beau's words. we want the old Luke back!" I playfully punched him. we finally got back to my house and as we both entered the house the whole gang was there. it was quiet, too quiet. like the quiet where you know that something bad will happen. I just stared at the ground. "well, I'm gonna go get some rest. see ya guys!" that's when you take off and bolt up the stairs. when the boys fight, its nothing to joke about. it could end up with a sorry or it could end up with a 'never talking to you again' I usually give them advice when they refuse to speak to each other, trust me it helps.

I took out my earphones to see how the...I don't wanna say fight, that word gets me nervous. I'll say disagreement. much better. Anyways, this disagreement was the most terrifying disagreement you'd ever hear. all I could hear was yelling, throwing stuff, yelling. suddenly, I heard footsteps heading up the stairs. a door slammed. it was beau. followed after was 2 other footsteps. Daniel and James. I guess jai is still downstairs.

I peeked my head into the kitchen, jai was there.

"Um hey, how's everything?" I said, trying to make it seem like nothing happened.

"Cut the sweet act, Alex. you know everything isn't 'good' at all." jai replied, focused on absolutely nothing. okay.

"well....okay. where's Luke??" I really would just like to know where he is at the moment.

"I'm sorry Alex, I didn't mean to say it like that. and luke? ......oh...um...I have no clue where he wandered off to. I could care less. after all, he could care less either." Jai apologized, that's a first.

"Did he not mention, he was going to break up with Haley! you could've...oh I don't know, listened to him!" I stated. why, why would they blame luke when all that's on his mind is well, everything.

it's almost past sundown, I needed to find him before dark. jai wasn't really helping. as usual.

I was going to find him, no matter how long it's going to take. finally, I grabbed my longboard and with saying nothing, I left.
