"Miss Derpy, the Doctor will see you know." A nurse looked down at the little crocked eyes filly clinging to her mother. She stood up quickly and looked to her mother. "Do you want me to come?" She asked quietly. Derpy debated this in her mind, bringing her mother would lessen her fear but she would be able to say what it felt like. After sometime Derpy let go of her mothers hoof and followed the nurse into a white hallway. "So Derpy how's your eyes?" The nurse asked leading her into another hallway. "Ok." Derpy whispered. She hated talking about her eyes, they were simply in the way. "Ok Derpy if you could just sit out here the Doctor will call you in soon." The nurse said then walked off. Derpy looked at her hooves, a chant came to her head "Derpy Hooves, Derpy Hooves, Derpy Hooves can't even see." Derpy put them down, She felt tears start to form. "Well why would a pony like you begin to cry?" A British voice asked. Derpy looked up to see a female earth pony with blonde bouncy hair looking at her. "Um... my eyes." Derpy said shaky. "I think there beautiful. Suits you." she said, Derpy liked that she began to giggle. "Now that's what I want to see." the pony joined Derpy in her happy laughing. "Who are you?" Derpy asked after a few minutes of laughing. "River Song." she said proudly. "and your name?" She asked looking t the filly. "Derpy hooves." Derpy said happily. "Nice to meet up Ms.Hooves." River said and began to leave. "Where are you going?" Derpy asked jumping out of the chair running after adult. "Oh you know, on." she said looking down at the filly, she had a confused look on her face. River simply laughed then knelt down to the filly. "Can you do something for me?" She asked seriously. Derpy nodded. "Every night I want you to look out in the sky and look for something." River whispered into Derpy's ear. "What?" Derpy whispered back. "A flying blue box." River whispered than stood up. "Every night." "And if I see it?" Derpy asked excitedly. "Shout with all your might 'Doctor, Help me.' Then that blue box will go down to your home and a pony will emerge, tell him River sent you." River smiled. "Ms.Hooves?" A voice called from behind. Derpy turned her head then back at River. "I will." Derpy said. River held out her hoof and Derpy shook it as if making a business deal. Derpy turned around and started running toward the Doctor, As they entered the room Derpy noticed River had disappeared. That night Derpy looked up to the sky and searched for that blue box, she searched and searched until one night she saw it and shouted...
