3 weeks later...

I was in the house laying down watching tiktoks with Alaya. Kayla moved out last week her and Hailee got an apartment together. I was so happy for my bestfriend cause her last nigga was a bitch. But me and Jai been spending more time together. We talk a lot but nothing to serious I can tell he not ready to tell me personal things but from what I can see he is broken. I know what broken feels like cause I'm broken too and, I'm not gonna push him to tell me anything cause I'm scared to tell him my story on why I'm so broken and I don't know how to love or accept it. My phone dinged and it took me out of my thoughts.

Phat💖: sir it's raining outside im not bringing alaya outside in the rain

I laughed and got up to go cook me and my baby some food.

"What you wanna eat baby?"

"Umm skrimp paste" she said with her hand on her chin

I busted out laughing. My baby tried to say it right.

"It's called shrimp pasta baby, and ok fried chicken too?" I started taking the food out and seasoning it.

"oh, yeahh me love shicken mommy" she started clapping.

"I know baby, go sit down and play on your iPad" she ran to the living room

I started cooking and had to stop when I realized I was missing the main ingredient which was music. I turned my speaker on and played my boy Rod Wave.

Well damn I walked to the door and he was standing there with a bag. Well ok then lil daddy come on in.

"Who invited you to spend the night" I let him in

"I told my damn self" he mugged me

He walked in the living room and at first Alaya didn't noticed him but when she did, she put her hand over her mouth and gasped, then ran to him.

"Jaijai!" she said with so much excitement

"Laybay!" he picked her up

I walked back into the kitchen to finish cooking and listening to my music.

"You always listening to this fat ass nigga" I turned, and Jai was standing there

"Please no Rod Wave disrespect will be tolerated in my house, he that nigga periodttt" I put my hand up in face

He just mugged me and walked away, I continued to cook. After 30 minutes I was done cooking and I had fixed our plates of food.
