"Would you like to go out on a date with me?"

Gulf was utterly shocked. His best friend just asked him out on a date when the latter guy doesn't even know he's already married! In papers, at least.

Bright reached for his back and pat him before giving him a water. He took it as he had a hard time swallowing the food he's chewing. All the nervousness Bright felt was completely forgotten now as he attends to Gulf's needs.

After swallowing the lump on his throat, Gulf chuckled nervously before turning his gaze to Bright.

"W-what date are you talking about?" his friend pats his head before muffling a small laugh.

Gulf can only lower down his head to hide his embarrassment. Bright noticed that his friend suddenly fell silent so he quickly gathered his thoughts before pushing through with their left conversation.

"I think it came out wrong. I'm sorry." Bright held Gulf's chin before meeting their gaze.

"What I mean is, can you go as my friend in a reality show that I'll be guesting?" there's a visible crease on Gulf's forehead upon hearing his friend's request.

"Can you elaborate it, please?" Bright had to divert his eyes somewhere before explaining. He had to or he'll be lost in Gulf's loving eyes before he can utter a single word.

He's whipped. Definitely whipped for his friend.

"You see, I'm invited in 'Celebrity Bromance'. It's a show where a guest celebrity needs to invite a friend of his and they'll have a friendly date." Bright had patted himself mentally for not stuttering in front of Gulf.

He took a glance on Gulf's reaction before scraping his nape in anticipation.

"Ok, I'll go with you." Shocked was an understatement on what he felt on that moment. Bright didn't expect for his friend to agreed right away.

"You'll go with me? For real?" Gulf noticed the excitement that his friend radiates so he confirmed it by nodding enthusiastically.

"But I have to tell it to P'Mew." He knows that has to get his Khun Phi's approval first before totally agreeing but seeing how Bright took enough courage to ask him made him do the same with his P'Mew.

His friend gave him an encouraging smile.

"I'm sure he'll agree. When are you going to tell him?" Bright couldn't hide his excitement. His eyes are a freeway.

"I'll try tonight." Gulf wasn't sure how his Khun Phi would take the news but it wasn't a big deal though. He's just trying to help his friend.

It will be just a friendly date anyways.

Nothing bad, really.

------------------------------

Gulf can't seem to find any clothes that suit his taste. He wants to look good for his date. He's yet to bring up this matter to his Khun Phi but he's already stressing out on what to wear.

He needs to be decent on this one. He can't embarrass his friend in the national television so he needs to look good.

A soft smile has crept on his face when he remembered how Bright asked him about their 'date'.
