••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Third person POV--
The sun was shining bright orange in the small kingdom of Springbrook. Everyone in the castle was still sleeping soundly, but the village was wide awake this morning. Farmers were gathering crops, blacksmiths were hammering away at their work, and wives and children were in the small houses making bread and tidying the rooms. Springbrook was a quiet little town in the west of Europe and there were few wars and rebellions. Everyone had a close relationship with each other. Royalty had the villagers backs, and vice versa. Except royals couldn't marry commoners, and the other way around. King Bartholomew and Queen Audrey had a year left on the throne. Their 16-year-old daughter, Jacky, was up the throne in a years time. Jacky, a spunky and characteristic lass, was about to be considered an adult in Springbrook. She was always a confident and easygoing little girl. She is the unity of the kingdoms, her best friend is indeed the local blacksmiths son, Christopher. She is the reason the village and the castle have peace. Why not make her the queen!
Now the kingdom is starting to awake. The Knights and guards are switching out duties, the king and queen are up and ready to look over the village, the chefs are making the breakfast, and of course our main princess is about to awake and visit the blacksmiths son.
At about 10 am, the young princess awakes...............
>< I basically wanted this chapter to kind of setup the whole setting and backstory. Let me know what you think. 😘 ><
