"Liam Murphy Thomas?" I look up annoyed .
About fucking time I've been here for three flipping hours.
"Yes sir?" I grin smugly.
"Come with me. Your bails been posted." The officer rolls his eyes.
That causes my grin to grow wider.
"About time ,If I'd been here any longer I may have puked from looking at your face." He doesn't even bother replying as I get up and follow him out of the cell.
"You'll be back." He mutters under his breath.
"Here's your things. Sign your dischargee papers and get out of my sight." He passes me the bag that held all my belongings.
I snatch it out of his hands and scrounge through the plastic bag in search of my cigarettes.
Rings , watch , phone...where the fuck are my cigarettes? I look up towards the officer , who watched me impatiently.
"Dude what the fuck.Where are my cigs?" He just rolls his eyes.
"They don't pay me enough of this." he begins walking away.
How unprofessional was he am I right?
I decide that I'd had enough of jail for one day and take my things and leave.
Once outside I realized I didn't have a ride home. 'Fuck' I think to myself. I'll just call an Uber. I open my phone to search up the Uber app.

Dom: you out yet?
Me: yeah what's up
Dom: jj and me are hittin up spencys later. U game?
Me: nope can't have to lay low for a bit
Dom: Oh yeah I almost forgot. Jailbird.
Me: shut up asshole
Dom: Chill.
I click off messages not bothering to reply back to dom. Oh right you don't know who dom is. He's my best mate. Him and our other mate jj are the only people in the world who don't physically repulse me.
We did pretty much everything together. Most of the trouble I got in was with them. Vandalism , trespassing, but most recently shoplifting.
Although I was the only one who ever went to jail. Mostly because I took the fall for everything. Having a father who was loaded comes in handy. Speaking of fathers. I'd most likely be hearing from him soon.
After calling for my Uber I wait impatiently cursing the police officers for throwing out my cigarettes.
