"Um so... Are you okay? You can talk to me anytime about anything! I promise!" Jaemin said to break the silence. He knows Jeno would never trust him but you cannot blame him either, you know. He just wanted Jeno to know that he is reliable.

"Hmm?" Jeno titled his head at the unexpected words from the younger. "What do you mean?"

"I heard... about today and... Yeah," Jaemin was at a loss for words. He just couldn't bring himself to ask Jeno about it.

"Ah? My dad? Yeah, it's been four years. Time really does fly, doesn't it? Hmm... He wasn't a perfect dad, I must say. But he really did love me and Ten a lot. He loved us very much" Jeno muttered those words, stroking his hair.

"You loved him too?" The younger questioned.

"Yeah... A lot" Jeno just displayed a sad smile as he held out his hand to Jaemin.

"W-what?" Jaemin stammered as his face became red because of the sudden action.

"Let's go inside? It's quite late" the older said as he got back inside.

Chicken for dinner and Ten gave HIS EVERYTHING to make it eatable for his possible future brother-in-law. It was past 9 and Jaemin got ready to return home.

"How do you go home? By train?" Jeno questioned.

"Yep!"

"It's past 9- uh... It's dangerous outside" Jeno immediately said.

"Um yeah? It's not that dangerous don't worry! I can just-"

"Stay here tonight" the words escaped Jeno's lips without him even thinking. Shit, Jeno Lee. What the fuck are you doing?

Jaemin's eyes widened in surprise and he could only nod. He felt as if he was gonna die due to a heart attack! "s-sure" He whispered finally.

Ten could only stand there awestruck. This piece of stone can actually feel emotions? He just asked that b-boy to stay- WHAT THE HELL?

Jeno didn't know why he was so worried. Jeno NEVER expresses what he feels. This time- wow. Something was beginning to change.

"Who's that?" Jeno asked suddenly.

"Huh? Oh, this? A very important person of mine... My manager hyung"

"You send I love you to your manager hyung?" shit. Jeno. Why did you say that? Fuck. He's gonna think you're jealous-

"Are you jealous?" Jaemin chuckled.

Fuck.

"No, I'm not. Don't be delusional. Nevermind"

"Don't worry. He's just my hyung. Nothing else, nono" the younger giggled and moved closer to the older while Jeno made an annoyed face.

Jeno slept on the floor and let Jaemin sleep on his bed. It was so nostalgic. It reminded him of those days when he and Ten slept on the bed and their dad slept on the floor. His mom used to stay outside most of the time, spending her time drinking and clubbing.

This somehow felt so peaceful and Jeno wanted this feeling to last a long time.

"You asleep?" Jaemin whispered after five minutes.

No answer.

Slowly, the younger tippy-toed towards Jeno and sat beside him. Long eyelashes, chiseled cheekbones, perfect nose, and... his lips. Fuck this is dangerous, Jaemin thought and swiftly turned to return to the bed.

"Don't leave"

Huh? Jaemin looked back at Jeno. Sound asleep. Maybe sleeptalking? He smiled at the older and ruffled his hair, watching him sleep calmly.

"W-what are you doing next to me? Na Jaemin just what-"

"Ugh. It's just 6 in the morning. Shut up Jeno. You literally begged me to sleep with you" Jaemin mumbled, rubbing his eyes as he tried to get up.

I begged him to stay with me? Jeno fucking Lee you're out of your mind. Jeno threw a set of uniforms at Jaemin and started getting ready for school.
