It's a Saturday evening and your sitting reading a book in your room. You hear a knock at your door.
"Come in"
"It's just me y/n, would you mind coming downstairs? Me and Lucius would like to have a chat with you." Mrs Malfoy aks
"Oh, um, of course. Let me just put this book back and I will be right downstairs." you say a bit nervously, they never ask to have a chat with you unless it's serious.
"No worries, we will be waiting in the dining hall." Mrs Malfoy exits your room with a small smile.
*oh god. what do they want? am I in trouble? for merlins sake keep it together y/n you will be fine.* (these are your thoughts btw)
You put your book back on the shelf and head downstairs. You enter the dining hall and see Mr and Mrs Malfoy sitting at the dining table with Draco. They were like family to you so this normally wouldn't bother you but the fact they asked for a chat has you silently freaking out.
"Ah, y/n your here, come take a seat dear." Mrs Malfoy gestures to the seat next to Draco and you follow her orders and sit down.
"Now y/n you are most probably wondering why we have called you down here." Mr Malfoy says
"Yeah.. have I done something wrong?"
"No of course not dear, its just... well ill let Lucius explain." Narcissa smiles
"Y/n, I know you have previously declined the many, many offers but I am finally going to put my foot down." Mr Malfoy explains
"Seriously? I know exactly what your talking about. Uncle Lucius please, I don't want to go!" you exclaim.
"Now now y/n, I know you do not want to go to Hogwarts but you must! The ministry know about you and they are on my case all the time about how you aren't at a wizard school like you should be." Lucius starts to raise his voice.
You try to reason with him "But I'm perfectly fine learning here at home, there's no distractions. It's just me and my studies! I'll be better off here."
"Y/n, I'm sorry but you must go! Hogwarts is the only school that has offered you a place and the ministry says you must." Mrs Malfoy tries to get you to listen.
"Please! I don't want to go! Plus I would literally leave tomorrow morning I would barely have enough time to pack. That's such bullshi-"
"Y/N! You are going. That's the end of this." Mr Malfoy interrupts
" Its really not that bad y/n. You don't even have to talk to anybody if you don't want to" Draco explains.
"Fine"
They all turn their heads towards you.
"I'll go, but only because your forcing me."
"Perfect. Now how about you go start packing your stuff, I will send Dumbledore a letter to let him know you will be coming." Narcissa says with a smile.
You leave the table and head up to your bedroom. You start packing your trunk for school.
*are they fucking serious? I don't want to go to this shitty school! I fucking hate my life. The people there are going to hate me, actually wait, that's good-* your thoughts are interrupted by Draco knocking on your door.
"What do you want?" you ask with a moody face.
"Y/n seriously stop being so dramatic, you can handle yourself! You will be fine, not to mention people will be fucking terrified of you because your mum is Bellatri-"
"Okay Draco I get it, my mum is a psychopath." you say with a glare
"Sorry." Draco mumbles
"It's fine, it's the truth."
"Well you can just hang around with me and-"
"Nope absolutely not. Draco I cannot stand those dumbasses, I will not be able to stay sane if I hang around with you and those goons." you scoff
"Fine you can be lonely then."
You give him the middle finger and he shakes his head and chuckles as he walks out. You have a sibling kind of relationship with Draco, you definitely argue like siblings.
You finish packing your things and head to bed knowing you start school tomorrow.
*I better set an alarm so I definitely get up tomorrow morning to go to shitty school. yaaay Hogwarts I'm so excited. fuck this shit.*
