Dream wakes up looking at his ceiling, the floor was hard realizing his fell asleep on it. He tries to hush his footsteps and walks over to his window. "August eighth, four days until my birthday." His voice groggy from sleeping. He watches out the window and something blue catches his eye in the forest. "The hell is that..?" He opens his window to see if it will appear clearer. He can make up two figures one in purple and the other in blue. Both have sort of brown hair. "Who are they-"

Dream sets himself on the edge of his window. "I swear I just saw a people run through the forest." He hits himself in the head because of his stupidity, nearly causing himself to fall back off the window. Nobody can go in that forest. It's forbidden. He hears somebody starting to open his door so he scrambles off the window and shuts it tightly. Dream then flops onto his bed and lays there face down hoping the person would leave, thinking he's asleep. The door hits the wall making an echo and Dream can feel the person just stand there and look at him. Then he hears very loud feet, running towards him. Oh shit- Tubbo jumps on top of Dream's back while Drista cackles. "I know you're supposed to be locked in here with no visitors but I wanted to see you!" Dream grunts, acknowledging that Tubbo was present. "Wait- How'd you get past Wilbur and Tommy?" Dream stands up, causing Tubbo to use his back as a slide. "Wilbur was taking a piss and I just walked by Tommy! Speaking of Tommy, here the bitch is now!" Tommy comes running into the room almost running into Drista. "Tubbo I'm on a shift! This isn't time for games plus  Dream over here isn't allowed any visitors!" Tommy quickly gives Drista an apology, then he goes on complaining to his short friend. 

Tommy struggles to get Tubbo out of Dream's room. Right before he gets him out of the room, from the nice green couch in Dream's room, a girl's voice was heard. "If you kick him out then I suppose I must leave as well." Dream turns his head to see where the voice had came from, nobody was there at first at least. Suddenly, Niki appears sitting on the chair as if she was sitting disrespectfully on her throne. They watched as she drops the glass vial in hand. "How long have you been there Niki?" Tubbo smiles upon his sisters sudden appearance. "I've been here all night. The potion affects lasted longer than I thought they would." Dream sighs slightly hitting his face and letting his hand slowly slide down it. Tommy then sighs, motioning for Drista and Niki to come with him too.

Tommy stops abruptly after minutes of trying. He watches as a shadow consumes the space in front of him. He turns around and Wilbur's standing there smiling at Tommy. "Let them stay, Dream is staring weird." Tommy rolls his eyes at Wilbur's statement then nods. Dream walks over and locks the door behind Wilbur, then motions them to sit down.

"We need to get out of here. We can go into the forest." Dream says calmly. "The forest?! You mean like the forbidden one?!" Tubbo interupts Dream. Dream sighs, "Yes Toby, now don't interrupt me again. We'll be safer none the less in there." Wilbur and Tommy exchange worrisome looks. Wilbur rubs the back of his neck and is about to speak before Tommy jumps in. "Sounds great! Let's do it!" Wilbur shoots Tommy a death glare. Niki smiles then cheers. "It'll be nice to get out of this boring ass castle." Wilbur sighs then smiles, still wanting to agrue why they shouldn't go. "Fine. We can go." Dream smiles and nods. "After lights out meet outside my window and we can head out!" Dream says with confidence. Niki grabs Tubbo as they run out of the room, Drista following after. Wilbur and Tommy walk outside his room casually and go back to their guard duty outside of Dream's room like before.

Tonight is the night I get my freedom. Tonight is the night I'm finally free. Tonight. Dream runs to his smaller closet and grabs his saphhire colored backpack. He starts filling it with what he thinks will be helpful for the journey. A book for spell and potion making, his sword, two knives, and his mask. He runs to his dressing closet and throws on some clothes he thinks will be good for the outdoors. Dream puts on a skin tight black turtleneck, his green cropped hoodie, black skinny jeans that are old and worn, and some his army boots Drista got him for his last birthday. He grabs the mask from the pile of stuff he's going to put in his bag. He slings his bow and his arrow canister over his back. Now he waits until lights out.

Niki and Tubbo start packing their things in their own rooms. Drista had decided to stay back and act like nothing was wrong. Tubbo puts on an older green shirt, blue skinny jeans, black sneakers, and a green handkerchief around his neck. He places throwing knives and his compass in a small draw string bag, not packing much was really the best bet for him. Niki put on a white shirt, an old pink hoodie over that, a pair of black shorts, and pinks sneakers. Niki puts her spell book, some vials, and a water canister in her bag, before flopping down on her bed waiting for night to come.

Tonight is the night we leave. We'll be free in the forest. Dream smiled at the thought of his brother and sister being able to live for once in their lives.
