Why we created this book:

Many people try to cope with stress by watching something they enjoy or taking a walk, because they are trying to refocus their mind.

Humans are visual creatures, so what we are looking at can and does affect our mind.

Natural scenery, calming images, art, and aesthetics have all been proven to positively impact the brain and reduce stress levels.

What you are internalizing visually can lift your spirits.

So since so many of us at SGC, as well as so many SGC members enjoy graphic designing, we thought it would be a lovely idea to create a book solely for creating positive, beautiful, and healing aesthetics and graphic designs.
