Today was going to be Andy's first therapy session with Dr. Lewis. It was around 9 and her appointment was at 1 so she got out of bed did her morning routine and made some breakfast.

Maya is going to work today so she left right after Andy woke up. With Andy all alone in the house she thought she could do some cleaning until her appointment.

She went into her room to get her speaker then she connected it and put on one of her favorite songs. While the song was playing she started with cleaning the living room. Seeing as that was the first place people saw when they walked in.

She was half way done with the place when it was nearly one. So she stopped cleaning and started to make herself look presentable.

She logged into the zoom and was greeted by Dr. Lewis.

"Hi Andy" Dr. Lewis said

"Hi Dr. Lewis" Andy replied

"I'm just gonna jump right in. How are you in general" Andy took a deep breathe before she spoke.

"I'm good. As best as I can be dealing with all of this." Andy said

"Ok I know you told me what happened to Robert but I'm going to need you to really talk to me. Tell me exactly what happened that day from the start. I don't expect you to say everything today seeing as this wound is still fresh and we have limited time but I would like you to start opening up about it." Dr. Lewis said.

Andy stayed there for a bit wondering where she would start.

"I'm sure you know by know that Robert and I were separated." Dr. Lewis nodded her head and Andy took that as her sign to continue.

"So that morning we had just gotten back from a call and we were really happy with how things worked out. Our captain Maya, my friend invited everyone to come over our place for a small get together. We all left the station one by one and while we were home Maya realized that we didn't have snacks so she sent me out to get some. The lines at the grocery store were too long so I went back to the station to grab some snacks. When I was there I didn't realize that anyone from the A shift was still here and b-shift wasn't in the beanery so I start to dance salsa and that's when Robert showed up." Andy had a smile on her face just thinking about the events that happened that day.

Dr. Lewis decided that they would stop there and talk about that a bit more.

"Do you want to explain to me a little more why you and Maya are living together?" she asked

"Well after Robert and I got separated I was staying at the station with Ben for a while. Maya and I weren't really talking around that time but when Roberts trial came around I needed my friend back. So after we showed up at the trial I went to talk to her and thank her for what she did. I talked to her and explained why I was acting like a jerk. I also told her that I'm sorry that I took me so long to apologize. She felt the same and then she asked me to move in. At the time she had just moved in with her girlfriend but we all tested negative for Covid so I agreed and I moved in again." Remember the conversation they had made Andy happy that she decided to move back in.

After they were done with therapy Andy went back to cleaning. She only had to do her room since she did everything prior to her session.

She decided that after cleaning her room she would go visit Robert. About an hour later she was done and was getting ready to go see him.

She got her keys and walked down to her car. As she arrived she gave the lady at the front desk the information that she needed to let her through.

After about 10 minutes of waiting she saw him walking towards her. He took a seat and they talked for a while. Before she left Robert told Andy that his lawyer thinks he should take the plea deal. Andy quickly shut him down she wasn't about to let her husband plea guilty.

She got in her car and drove back home . She was gonna be alone tonight seeing as Maya wouldn't get back until tomorrow morning. She missed her 24hr shifts.

She was hoping that Maya would let her come back to work soon more now because she had gotten a therapist and she was really missing begin out in the field.
