" But mom, I don't want to marry prince ( ex boyfriends name) !" you exclaimed to your mother . " I know you don't , but its for the good of the kingdom " . your mother replied . " Besides , didn't you love ( ex boyfriends name ) ? " I did , but then I realized that he is and idiot who doesn't deserve love ! " you exclaimed . " He doesn't know how to love anyone ...... " . " I know (y/n), this is going to be - " . " " Don't say this going to be hard ...." you mumbled low enough so your mother couldn't hear . Your mother looked at you questioningly and asked " What did you say (y/n) , I can't hear you" . " I said don't say this is going to be hard .... because you don't know how much pain Im in right now !" you yelled loud enough for the entire palace to hear you . " I can't believe your making me marry such a jerk , he lied to me and made me think he was a decent person!" you continued . " But he was just a liar and a fake ... and I hope he dies before the wedding day " you mumbled before exiting the throne room . After that argument you had with your mother , you went outside to the bamboo gardens . You walked through the lush bamboo gardens and basked in the suns warmth . Until you arrived at a shrine at the center of the garden . Throughout your life , this shrine held a special place in your heart . Whenever your royal duties overwhelmed you , you would head to the shrine and pray . Also , to reflect on your past ( which will be mentioned later ) . You rang the sacred bells , and began to pray silently to yourself . " Oh , ( asian deity ) please hear my prayer , I need to escape this forced marriage, full of hatred and malice " .you continued " I wish to marry a man who truly loves me , a man who can make me feel true love for the first time " . you continued . Then you finished your prayer , and continued to roam the garden.
