Here's Naoyuri's Stand (I don't have the motivation to draw anything comeplely) [Riot].

[Riot] isn't a traditional Stand. It is not a suit-stand, but more of a transformative type. When Naoyuri slams his two bracelets together (you know the ones with the red stones), he is transformed into the (above) look. He doesn't gain any muscles, or height but his strength, speed precision ect. Match that of a power-type Stand (like Star Platinum stats)
Its special ablity: is that the red stones will actually "consume" rage. From his enemy, or anyone around him within 4 meters - the more rage Naoyuri has or the more rage he consunes from others, the stronger he gets. The drawback is of course loosing all sight of his goals and self, becoming nothing but a bloodthirsty monster. When comeplely out of control, Naoyuri can't tell friend or foe, everything must be destroyed.
After using [Riot] he suffers from extreme fatigue, and depending on his usage he may break his bones ect. from his own power.
