"Good morning ma'am." Sparkling Justice said, nudging my arm, as her image faded away.
"Hmmm?" I groaned, turning over in my bed.
"I'm so sorry to disrupt your sleep, miss, but your mother sent me here to wake you up for school."
"School?" I questioned, rubbing my eyes until they adjusted to the bright light, "Oh, no, school!" Getting a grasp of the reality of the situation, I shot up to see my maid, Samantha, standing over my bed. "What time is it?!"
"8:30." Samantha replied, obviously trying to stifle a laugh.
"Oh my goodness! You should've woken me up sooner! I'm going to be late on my first day!" I cried, throwing the blankets off and feeling a sharp cold breeze shooting through my bones. I scrambled to my large wardrobe, throwing clothes to the floor while trying to find my school uniform.
"Ahem." Samantha cleared her throat, gesturing to the uniform she had previously set out for me on my dresser. I let out a sigh of relief and smiled at her warmly.
"Thank you, Samantha, you're a lifesaver." She nodded in response and told me to meet her in the dining hall for breakfast when I'm finished changing.
After throwing on my brown skirt and blazer, tying my red tie around my neck, and slipping on a matching headband to keep my long blonde locks back, I made my way down to the dining hall where my mother sat at the end of the table, nibbling on a piece of toast.
"Good morning, mother." I bowed.
"Good morning Sonia, would you care to join me for breakfast?"
"Oh, mother, I would love to, but I'm already late so I was hoping to just grab something for the road."
"I see, what a pity," She sighed, "but I suppose I can understand, it is your first day after all. Have a good day, sweetheart."
"You too!" I waved at her, sprinting out of our Japanese holiday home to the limo waiting for me with a piece of toast in my mouth.
My main home is in the Kingdom of Noveselic in Europe, however, since I got accepted into Hope's Peak Academy, we had to temporarily relocate to our holiday home in Japan. I actually prefer being in Japan than at home. There are so many incredible sights to see and things to do! In fact, I've admired Japan since I was young.
"Good morning, Miss." The driver greeted, breaking me away from my thoughts.
"Good morning!" I beamed as he took the car out of park and we made our way to my brand new academy.
As I set foot on the campus, my stomach dropped. The nerves that I had been hiding away suddenly hit me like a ton of bricks as the school towered over me.
'What am I doing? I don't even know where my classes are! I should've looked at the map. Am I forgetting something? I feel like I'm forgetting somet-'
"Hello!" A red-headed girl beamed at me, cutting me off from my thoughts.
"Oh, hello! My name is Sonia Nevermind, what's yours?"
"Koizumi. Mahiru Koizumi. I'm the Ultimate Photographer," the girl gave me a warm smile, reaching her hand out for me to shake, "And this here is Hiyoko Saionji, the Ultimate Traditional Dancer."
I tilted my head, trying to figure out who she was reffering to, when a puff of blonde hair poking out from behind Koizumi caught my eye.
"Geez, you don't have to introduce me! I can do it myself, y'know!" The blonde haired girl pouted peeking out from behind Koizumi's back.
