Chapter 2 - A Princess's Offer

" Holy Jesus, look at all those juicy loots! " Nex saying with joy.

     The result was better than he expected yet something made the grinder even more surprised as he turn his head around.

" Is that a fucking crown? " Nex whispered.

     A crown covered with slimy stuff, probably from the slimes, made that man’s face turn into a cunning little bastard. He already thought that he would probably killed the Slime King, but still, getting to see a king creature like this is quite a challenge. Thus, Nex looks down to see if there are any danger and starts to crawl down slowly.

" You’re bigger than I expected from a high tree view " Nex laughed.

     A slime's crown that able to fit 5 heads of full grown men made him happy, the field went silent after the tragic Nex made. Nex felt anxiety but happy.

" Now then, the real job starts here "

    He went collecting the stuff he got, putting it under the dead tree from where he slept, sorting from the lowest to highest quality that he thought and he found something interesting. A staff that’s covered with gooey stuff. It might be a drop from the Slime King.

" Oh my first mage stuff! I wonder what does it do? I cast magic- "

     Unfortunately, it doesn’t cast any sort of magic beam, instead it summons a slime, a white baby slime. The disappointment of a young man trying to follow his tactics succeed, but at least he got an another world friend.

" Can you speak? " Asked Nex to the slime.

" Guess not. I wonder if I can spawn more of these? " Nex said to himself as he try to cast another one.

 " Nope, I guess only one. "

     All that  matters now is that  he’s going to collect the others. It doesn’t matter if the items he collects are useless because he’s insanely greedy. He’s going to gather all the gel on the ground and let the baby slime eat it, basically he just made the baby slime into a large slime.

" Good boy, now you’re going to be my guard "

" Yes father "

" Good- the fuck you can speak?! "

" Indeed. I am the Slime Prince. My father was searching someone to raise me only if they can defeat him. Now that you've defeated my father, will you be the honor to raise me as a child? "

" What’s in it for me? "

" I shall follow you into your grave "

" That’s cringe but cool, I accept your offer "

" Thank you, but before that can you collect those gels over there, it’s dark purple and very important to me "

" Ok "

     After a while, Nex put the purple gels inside a jar that he got from slimes for something for the sake of his daughter, Lifu. He also picks up the crown and some other useless drops.

" Inventory "

     He knows the system exist because he’s a gamer after all.

     Turns out the inventory doesn’t count weight. It will definitely gives him some advantages as he now can loot big item.Now, after that's settled, he went off to the village with his son, Bob. It was fun until it’s starting to rain.
