Soojin eyed him out of frustration . She has never met someone as rude as this guy . She take a deep breath before continuing her task .

" Name ? " Soojin could hear that guy growled in annoyance .

" Hae-Haechan I'm sorry ... I shouldn't brought them inside but that girl- " Jeno said in a resentful tone .

Soojin jotted down that guy name which is " Haechan " on her notes .

" I'm going to beat your ass after this Lee Jeno " Haechan gave a death glare towards Jeno that was standing behind him .

" Listen here , me and my friend will leave if you answer my question and cooperate , alright ? " Mark finally spoke up after being quiet for a while .

" Sujin or whatever your name is , you had no rights to question me so get your ass out of my house " He stared at Soojin for a very long time .

Soojin showed no reactions . She nodded repeatedly gaining attention from those three . She soon turned facing Mark and smirk mysteriously .

" Mark , escort him to the car . I'll get the warrant today " Soojin spoke calmly .

" For what fucking reason ?! " Haechan took a step forward and grab Soojin by the arm .

" You refused to cooperate and being suspicious , is that enough ? " Soojin pulled her arm from his grab .

As Mark was about to drag Haechan outside , Haechan distance himself from Mark .

" Fine , what's your question Miss Sujin ? " He rolled his eyes up .

" Soojin "

" There's a murder reported near this resident . Perhaps , you know anything about it ? " Soojin asked .

" No " Haechan replied without hesitation .

" Oh really ? "

" Do I look like a murderer to you ? " He chuckled .

Soojin remain silence for some second . Then she stared at Haechan with a questionable looks .

" May I know your full name ? " She crossed her arms while keeping the eye contact with Haechan .

Haechan gritted his teeth out of frustration . This girl do ask a lot of questions .

" Lee Donghyuck " His replied gained mysterious smirk from Soojin .

" Ah- so you're that gang leader . I'm guessing Jeno is one of your lil gang " She said sarcastically .

" How did you- "

" Well , I saw a report file about you . Being charged for several crime "

" I guess I have a solid proof on why you're being a suspect for this case " Soojin kept talking , she doesn't even gave a chance for others to speak up .

" Fuck this bullshit . Don't act like you know me well enough " He warned as he threw a hateful looks towards Soojin .

" I didn't say it though , stop being stubborn and follow us to the headquarters " Soojin stepped out of the house while Mark dragged Haechan to go with them .

As Mark was about to get inside the car , he received a call from their chief .

" Soojin , Chief told me to stay here to look for more proof . Can you- "

" Yeah , it's fine . I can handle him " Soojin responded without hesitation .

" I'll see you later then " Mark said as he close the passenger door .

Soojin nodded and started the engine . Haechan who sat at the back remained silence , not giving a single fuck to whatever happened with his surrounding .

While on their way back to the headquarters , neither Soojin nor Haechan trying to talk . Well , what are they supposed to say after all ? They barely knew each other . More like , a prosecutor and a suspect . 

" Are you hungry ? Should we get something ? " Soojin asked out of the sudden .

Haechan scoffed at the back .

" We don't even know each other for you to ask like that " He remained being his rude self .

" I'm just making sure the suspect doesn't starve . Who knows you might die before I questioned you " She said teasingly .

Haechan didn't say anything as response , instead he sticking his head out to the middle of the passenger and driver seat .

" How about we settle this quickly , I can't stand this shit any longer " Haechan gave a death glare to Soojin before pulling himself back the seat .

Soojin on the other hand didn't felt threatened with his glare , this girl surely built different . She then decided to just went straight to the headquarters without buying any food . In fact , Soojin is the one who's hungry .

" This is all your damn fault , why you let her in ? " Haechan yelled at Jeno who's standing infront of him with his head down to the floor .

" I just- She said we're hiding something if we didn't let her in , I-I'm sorry Boss "

Jeno actually did the right thing . Imagine what would happen if he didn't let Soojin in and questioned them properly , things might become even worse than it already did . At least Haechan is finally home after being questioned for 2 hours straight .

Haechan growled out as his hand running through his hair .

" She even knew details about me , fuck " He mumbled before walking away , leaving Jeno in the living room .

Haechan went out for a walk while smoking . His addiction towards smoking started when he was 16 . Leading a gang group at the age of 18 was never a great idea . If it isn't because of his late brother will , he might be living a normal life now . Talking about a gang , he's didn't lead a gang that commit serious crime like selling organs , drug and similar stuff like that . But he do owned an illegal firearm in his basement . Not to mention , his other member have been charged for several crime .

Reality hits Haechan as he heard a loud scream at the end of the path he walked on . He went to the place where he heard the scream and he saw a body on the ground . The alley was quite dark since there's no spotlight at all .

Haechan pulled out a gun from his pocket and pointed it to the front . He walked towards the body and his jaw dropped when he saw Soojin was bleeding , on the ground .
