It was a cold winter's day, Daisy was in her apartment alone. Just waiting until it turned midnight so she could finally see what her soulmate's first words to her were.
Daisy's POV
I was sitting alone on the couch in my apartment on the third floor when I heard a knock. “It's open” I said. A tall boy my age I knew came in. “Hey Daisy, how's waiting?” he asked. “Terrifyingly boring” I said. He sat down next to me and kissed my cheek. “Larry, I don’t think you ever told me what your soulmate's words are” I said. He showed her his arm. The words were: “Hey, uh Larry? “. I looked at him. “So you know who it is?” she asked. “Yeah I know, it’s Sal” he said. “At least I know it’s not one of you two” she said. The clock chimed midnight and she looked at her wrist. I read it out loud “Get out of my way freak.. huh..” Larry looked at her. “Your soulmate is a fucking asshole” he said. I smiled “At least I have you” I said. “And you always will”
Travis' POV
I had been staring at my wrist for what seemed like hours ever since the words: "WHAT THE HELL DUDE" showed up. "It looks like I'm even an asshole to my soulmate.." I just hid under my blankets and thought. My dad came in not long after. "Travis. Let me see your wrist." He said sternly. I came out from hiding and showed him in fear of getting hit if I didn't. He looked at my wrist and glared at me and walked out. I sighed from relief and closed my door and locked it too.
