Soft Side

Training Day 2

I have finally updated after like 21/2 months! Yay! I hope you enjoy this chapter.

Lucy POV

I got up in the morning to laxus throwing me over his shoulder to start with out second day of training. 'Was there really no other way to wake me up? I mean, really?' I though to myself. 

"Laxus put me down this instant!" I yelled at him, but he didn't listen.

He walked to the spot that we chose for training and he dropped me on the ground. I got so mad at him, but I decided that there was no point in picking a fight with him. to start, he had me run on lap around the training ground as a warm-up. The training was the worst part of the whole day though. I had to dodge things. More imparticular, his lightning.

"If I get hit by one of those I am going to die!" I shrieked at him.

"Well then if you don't want to die, dodge them. That is the point of today's training" He said in an amussed tone. 

I spent the rest of the day trying to dodge his lightning. It was about dinner time when we stopped and my clothes were burnt and ripped and by hair was in bad shape so I went to go take a bath in the clear water lake. It felt so nice to soak in the cold water after sweating all day.

Laxus POV

I went over to get Lucy for dinner and when I got to where she was, she was bathing in the clear water lake... naked... Lucy turned around to see me there and immediatly screamed as loud as she could to tell me to go away or turn around. she put a towel on and got out of the bath.

"If you wanted to join me you just could have asked" Lucy said as she wrapped her arms around my waist.

"Mood swings much" I said as I turned around and smirked at her.

"I just didn't expect you there" She said.

"I don't mind on taking up that offer accept for the face that dinner is going to get cold if you don't come and eat" I said looking at her, my smirk getting bigger.

"Ok. Let me get dressed. I will be over there in a minute" She said while going over to get her clothes.

I went to go get the table set while Lucy was getting her clothes on. She came back in a pink v-neck, a white skirt, and knee length black boots.

"So... what's for dinner?" Lucy asked.
