hello my darling, i hope you are well. life without you is really terrible, you were my everything. i love you, i always will.
all my wishes,
yours truly.

after sneaking in a few more times into the common room; it was a daily routine.
he had softened more, not being so stern.
he writes me little poems in the classroom.
he gave me one of his rings to wear, it was chunky and silver.

he made me laugh, he made me smile.
my friends abandoned me; they couldn't take any chances. Harry Ron and Hermione still wanted to talk to me but I was sworn to secrecy.

"What are you doing Draco?" I loosened his grip against the bathroom sink; I hugged him from behind.
"I'm fine, it's just..the stuff I told you about." He spun me around and hugged on to me tight.
"Draco, you need to stop this." I looked up at his sad, scared eyes.

-
If you are wondering by any chance, Draco told me all about his Father and what he thinks of me. What he thinks of his son being with a Gryffindor. I am upset but it's for him.
-

"Lottie we- we are getting worried. You aren't showing up to the common room for little hang outs. It's getting incredibly worrying; you spend to much time with him." Hermione said, placing a hand on mine.
"Yeah.. Yeah he's bad for you!" With his mouth full, Ron looked up at me; knife and fork in hand.
"You need to stop trying to split me up, I know he's rude but.. I'd rather have friends that are.."  Hermione met my gaze.
"Rather have friends that are..?" What?" Harry asked.
"Nothing. It's not important." I smiled.
-
Draco Malfoy was the best thing that had happened to me. I felt more responsible when he didn't show up, and that was regular..
He hadn't been attending classes or showing up for certain meals, something was wrong.

-

6th year. I packed my bags, I got on the train, I arrived, I got unpacked, I saw my friends,
I didn't see Draco. I searched very where for him, even asked Blaise but he said he had no idea. I was getting worried..and fast.

-
I did see him today; he was all in black. Black suit, shoes, bag. I smiled at him or waved but he either didn't notice or just.. looked at me.

I did see him today, he looked at me from across the classroom. He sort of stared, grimaced. This is getting really confusing, I'm trying to speak to him but nothing isn't working.  I've given up.

-
I was surprised when Draco found me, I had curled up on the library sofa. He looked scared, bewitched, hexed.
"D- Draco?" I sat up, trying to come to my senses.
He just stared again. I didn't know what was wrong. I heard a crash and a scream, he backed away and I kept calling his name and chasing after him. I ran and ran. I saw the dining hall window, smashed to pieces and Hagrid's hut on fire. In flames, the safe place, in flames.

-
I had no idea what had gone on while I was asleep. It was around three in the morning when I realised what had happened. Our Headmaster died, Death eaters came to our school and recklessly damaged our entire home, I was following along to Hermione story when Draco's name came up.

"Sorry to interrupt.. Draco?"
"Yes.. but he better tell you this himself." Hermione pleaded.

I woke up, feeling cold and scared. The bitterness of the winter had struck against my face. The cold floor and the cold walls staggered into me as I stood up and leaned against the wall.
"Liv? They got you too?" A kind voice echoed across the room;
I recognised that voice.. kind..sweet..
"Luna?" It was pitch black in my corner, but a window shed light in the middle of it all.
I started to stumble towards the voice until I fell into something.
"Ouch."
"Who's there?"
"Hello?"
"Who are you?"
"Olivia?"
"Luna?"
"I'm over here."
"Where?"
"To your right."
"Who's this?"
"Mr Ollivander."
"Hello."
I stood back, and took a step to my right. I could see everything now, it was all clear with the light.
"Luna!" I grasped her and hugged her as tight as I could.
"Where are we?"
"We are at Malfoy Manor I suppose." She tilted her head. I could see the scars and the bruises that she had on her face, she'd been through something.
"What's going on? Why are we here and not the castle? Where is everyone?" I was confused as to why the term ended so quickly; it wasn't even January yet.

"You were asleep quite a long time, about a week or so."
4 weeks. I was unconscious for 4 weeks.
"I was captured when I was trying to get word out. I don't know why but they beat me till I couldn't speak for a while, it was quite dreadful. Mr Ollivander was already here when I was forced in, and I woke up to see you on the ground. I don't know why you are in here either, but I did hear Draco argue with his father; He was mad about something and he mentioned you and this..place." Thats all I know. She moved away from the wall and closer to the door.

It was obviously magic proof, there's no way we could get out and we didn't have our wands either.

-
After a while I got a bit scared about Draco. I wondered whether he didn't want me in here or did.
-
It's been about 3 weeks. They don't starve us, but they rarely pass old food down. I managed to find some old candy that i bought ages ago.
There were around 3 so I figured one for each of us.
-
I heard a clatter.. there's something outside.
-
"Hello Harry." Luna smiled,
"Harry?!" I turned my head to see Harry and Ron standing in front of the door.
"What's wrong with your face." I bluntly stepped closer to them, trembling.
"What's wrong with you?"
-
After Harry and Ron arriving so suddenly and  talking to Luna, I had to ask them.
"Is Draco well?" My hands shaking and pointing up towards the ceiling.

There was a long silence before anyone spoke, and it happened to be ron.
"Yeah, the prick is still up there."
"Hey." I glared at him, I didn't care how much he hated him, I was worried.

-
Harry and Ron wanted to rescue us, but I made a point to stay where I was until I saw Draco. It didn't need to be long, just to see if he's okay. I needed to see him.

"You'll be safer if you come with us." Harry implied,
Ron nodded and so did Luna, though I could see that she wanted be to be happy.

-
"Please Liv." Harry pleaded.

Apart from Draco, no one ever had called me Liv. It was either Olivia or Lottie; Lottie was the one I tended to listen to more often, but I accepted Luna into saying Liv when I saw her in the dungeon.

"Please." His hands started shaking; I didn't want to let him down.

After a while he tossed me the key, Ron just stared in disbelief.
-
"Stay safe." He whispered, they needed to go and help Hermione.
-
After they left with Luna and Mr Ollivander, I was the only one left. I picked the key up, and put it in my pocket. I began making my way up the stairs, really silently. From where I was, I only saw lifeless silhouettes laying on the ground. I only saw a few moving silhouettes, it turned out to be Draco and his parents. I gasped, he looked ill and frail and like he hadn't slept in weeks.
-
I was halfway up the stairs now, Draco had spotted me, I had blood all down my top and scars covered my cheek and forehead. My vision wasn't the best and I could barely see anything other than what's right in front of me, which was a total disadvantage.
Draco began fiddling with his fingers, pointing every now and again to a table. I followed where his finger was pointing to, my wand lay there; untouched.

His mother had left the room crying, and sounded like she headed upstairs. His father still there, I heard him talking to a man with a raspy voice.
-
Voldemort.
