Conner's POV
"Good job, sport. Keep up the good work!" Coach said. "See you next week, Coach." I replied. "Dude lets hang out today." Garrett said. "Ok but we better not go to your basement again just to play video games again." I warned him. He laughed. "No way man! Let's go roller skating." Garrett offered. I gave him a confused look. "Why roller skating?" I asked. "We haven't went for a while now, and it's really fun! Plus, there's really hot chicks there." He smirked. I smiled. "Well, we do need dates for homecoming." I decided. A few hours went by. We were hanging out around Garrett's room getting ready for our flirt fest. "What do you look for in a girl?" I asked him as I lay down on his bed. "She has to be hot." Garrett answered. I roll my eyes. "I meant personality, dumbass." I laugh. Garrett stopped. "I don't know. But I know she has to be HOT!" He gracefully said. "Garrett, at times you disgust me." I shook my head. "Like you know what kind of girl you like!" He sneered. I gave him a long stare given to the fact that he just created a competition. I started to imagine the perfect girl. "She would be kind, not the kind who wants to take over the whole relationship, she has to be fair. We would share things in common, but she has to have imperfections." I told him. He shot me a look. "Why the hell wouldn't you want her to be perfect?" Garrett wondered. "You know who perfect people are? They are fake. They don't exist. Girls who don't show their imperfections are shallow and fake. I don't need that kind of person in my life." I answered. "My, my, Conner Woods, you're a special type of William Shakespeare, aren't ya?" Garrett teased.
