It's been six years from that day mom. I'm almost as old as you now. Lucy thought to herself as she walked along the canals like she use to. She was working at the guild now as a waitress instead of a mage. A lot had changed over the years. Mirajane and Laxus were married. Erza was preganant, and Levi and Gajeel had finally come together. The guild was still number one thanks to Wendy, Romeo, and Asuka who lead the next generation. Master had retired but still stayed around to drink with Gildards. Juvia and Grey were more or less the same as always.
"Acho,"Lucy sneezed. The fall weather was starting to effect her.
"Bless you," the small boy on her left said.
"Thank you." He was the biggest change in her life over all. He meant everything to her. "Come on were almost there."
They headed of the main roads and into the woods. They walked for a while until they reached an old straw hut in the clearing of the woods. In front of the hut stood a stone grave that read, Here lies Natsu Dragneel.
They stood quietly in front of the grave. Lucy squatted down and put her arms around her son.                                                                                                                 "Natsu, I want you to say hi to your daddy."
Natsu nodded and said "Hi daddy."
"Why don't you tell him about spending the day with Grandpa Makarov." Natsu nodded again started talking about all the fun he had.
He's all yours Natsu, Lucy thought. He's got pink hair just like you, an energetic personality, and the biggest smile imaginable. He always reminds me of you. Thank you for giving him to me.
The cool fall air blew across Lucy's shoulders and sent chills down her back. It was becoming late and time to go home. "Alright Natsu it's time to say goodbye to daddy."
        "Goodbye Daddy" he said.
As Lucy prepared to say goodbye, she felt it. In the mist of the cool fall breeze she felt a warm hand rest on her shoulder. She slowly turned her head, and in the diming sunlight she saw his face. It was gone in an instant but she truly felt he was there. When she turned back to her son, Lucy saw there were tears running down his eyes.
        "Why are you crying Natsu?"
"Because you are," he said. Lucy put her hands up to her eyes and felt the tears running down her face. She carefully wiped Natsu's tears and then her own and they started home. Right before the grave was out of sight, Lucy looked back and softly said...
        "I Love you Natsu."
