Izuku Midoriya was a lot of things, however patient was not one of them. Here he stood with his small team inside of his planning room beneath his family's five star hotel. He made sure to send Jirou the explicit details to get into the facility, but now it just seemed like they were just running late. Did she always have to be late!?

A brunette girl placed her hand on her elder brother's shoulder, drawing his attention to her bubbly smile despite the fact he looked like he was about to kill someone.

"It's only been five minutes, Deku." Izuku's adoptive sister, Ochako Uraraka states, causing the greenette to flush a bit in embarrassment. Was he seriously getting ahead of himself? He's got to fix that issue with his impatience.

"Right, right. Sorry, this is just a really stressful meeting. It would also help if they were more punctual." Izuku said, mumbling the last part. Ochako rolled her eyes and patted her brother on the back, his impatience was caused by their parents' need for being punctual. Arrive on time or don't arrive at all.

"I'm sure they're one their way, don't worry so much Deku!" Ochako stated, causing her brother to calm himself a little. Deku was a nickname she had given him as the kanji for his name was similar to the word for useless. He had been bullied for it for sometime, but she went and changed the meaning by saying it sounded like Dekiru, or, "You can do it!"

Izuku nodded, but stiffened along with the rest of his team as they heard the elevator ding to indicate that someone had arrived. Izuku put on his game face and stepped forward to welcome the incoming group/teammates-to-be.

The elevator doors opened to reveal Kyouka Jirou herself, followed by her respected group of trusted advisors and assistants. But one of them looked oddly familiar...

'Wait...' Izuku thought as a spiky haired ash-blond man stepped through the group and stood right beside Kyouka, clad in a dark red suit with a black dress shirt underneath his blazer, and a white tie with the Bakugou family insignia inscribed on it. A falcon carrying a grenade.

"Kacchan!?" Izuku stated, pointing his finger at the blond. Katsuki Bakugou's ears perked up at the mention of his childhood nickname, and he quickly focused on the greenette that came to greet them. "Is that really you, Kacchan?"

Jirou quirked a brow as she turned to the blond who stepped forward to get a closer look at the boy addressing him. "Well, I'll be damned. It's really you, Deku! So you're the one leading your family now, nerd. That's priceless!"

Bakugou howled with laughter, causing the greenette to glare at him with malicious intent. "What's so funny about that, want me to kick your ass!?" He'd threaten causing the blonde to get right up in Izuku's face. The two of them glared each other down with malicious intent.

"Hah!? What was that, shitty Deku!?" The room went tense, even Jirou was unsure of what to say at the current moment as her head of security, and the person she was supposed to be collaborating with were seemingly about to have it out for one another.

Suddenly the two boys erupted with laughter, causing Ochako to sigh and the rest of the room to grow confused. Izuku wrapped an arm around the blonde, and turned to Jirou with a smile on his face.

"Where'd you go and find this guy? I haven't seen him in years! We used to be friends back when we were kids!" Izuku exclaimed, causing everyone in the room to go wide eyed.

It was true, the two of them went quite a few years back. Izuku wasn't always the calm, confident, and cunning person that he is now. He was the target for bullying for quite a few years, but he always had at least one friend to back him up. Granted, you could say Bakugou using his bullies nickname for him makes him seem like he's also a bit of a bully, but it's more like a childish nickname between the two of them. They used to be like brothers until one day Bakugou was forced to move away.
