The Party

Inga's POV
After the phone call with Giovanni and after he told me that " he has to let me go ", my day was messed up from early in the morning. I couldn't tell Michelle anything because she would go to the company and literally kick his ass.

When we finished our breakfast I went to lay down in my bed, while Michelle was on the phone with Lucio. After she finished the call she asked me if I was okay, as if she knew something was wrong.

I simply answered no, and turned to other side facing the wall.

" Lucio told me Giovanni came really mad to work today so I thought you guys.."

After she didnt get a response, she continued " also, Lucio's friend is making a house party and were both invited tomorrow so, find a good dress. It's going to be like a ball. "

" Do I have to go ? "

" Yes. " she replied walking towards the door.

" But I'm not with Lucio, so his friends aren't mine "

" But you are my friend so you're coming "  she said walking out to the living room.

The rest of the day I spent in bed pretty much, laying all day long, watching Netflix.

Giovanni's POV

" Coffee !" I said as I walked out of the elevator going straight to my office.

" Here you go sir." Natalie said as she put the coffee on my table

When she walked out I stood up and close the door then took my phone to call John. He is working here for the past 4 years and is pretty good at his job.

He takes care of some financial interests, issues and also makes sure that hundreds of students get there scholarships on time.

Last night I received an moving email from one of our students, who claims that they haven't received there scholarships for past 3 months and that they are really having financial issues right now.

" John, my office! Now !  "

John comes to my office immediately

" Sir ? "

" Sit ! " I reply, and as he takes a seat i walk over to the window looking over the city.

" John, tell me what is what I told you, you're most important job ? "

" Making sure our students get the scholarships and making sure we dont get into a financial crisis " he replies, in a worried tone I already could sense

" Then why the hell aren't students getting there scholarships on time ? " in a high tone I said as I came to the table hitting the table to where Natalie, Lucio and Jacob heard and walked in asking if everything is fine.

" Out ! All three of you " I reply continuing talking to John

" Answer my question ! " I yell out loud again

" I'm really sorry sir, but I'm not sure what you're talking about " John replies after which clearing his throat

" You dont know ? "

" No sir. " he replies and his voice breaks for a second.

" Read this, and explain yourself "
I said as I turn my laptop towards him showing him the email

After he read the email, he kept quiet.

" Get up" I said as I grabbed him by his shoulder and open the door walking out of my office
