Sun shined through the curtains, as I smiled softly, thinking about the one who I love. I stifle a yawn, and get up out of bed. Looking in the mirror, I see my lacking appearance, medium brown hair, blue eyes, lanky looking build. Honestly, I don't know how I got so lucky. She is amazing. The kind of person who you want to talk to whenever the time, and someone who no matter what seems better than you at every possible thing.
After waking up and eating breakfast, I make my way to school, listening to a song called Sarah Smiles by Panic! At the Disco (not a sponsor sadly) . The blue sky pierces through the clouds, threatening a conquest to the surrounded clouds. As I turn the corner to walk into the school gates, I'm blinded by the bright, shimmering sun. I turn off my phone preparing to go to school, but before I do, I leave one message to a certain someone,
"I love you, have a good day"After walking through the school gates, I sigh at the mundane life I follow, it's almost a melancholy feeling however, as the butterflies rise as I turn on my phone and wait for the notification from her. However, I raise my eyebrow at the ominous message left
"We need to talk"
I carefully type back "why what's up?"
The next message appears:
"I don't think we know each other that well"
And then another one:
"I think we should go back to being friends"The world freezes, the green leaves turn crimson, clouds once driven off by an expansive blue sky return, and I remember that feeling. It's almost as I'm looking through a tint, everything is grey. As I reach home, I go to unlock the door, but stop with a realisation. I'm alone. I turn back and walk down the road, heading to my favourite spot, December by Neck Deep blasting on my ears.
After 20 minutes, I reach my favourite spot, and climb up the rotting tree. I look out, towards the sun, seeing the bright light it gives out shrivel behind the earth, as a dark light consumes everything it left behind. I leave another text "wanna talk?" And am met with 'seen', but no reply. Maybe she's busy...

I hope you enjoyed, and also not sponsored or anything but I really recommend the songs mentioned ; ) (they go well with the story, specially December).
Also if anyone knows who the credit is for the cover, please comment or dm me, thanks! And another chapter may arrive soon, don't know when.
