Jotaro had managed to get into the building and through first period without killing anyone or at the very least have a tic attack while hiding in the bathroom, but he was still seething. He managed to keep it in. He felt eyes on him, and that's when he realized he had zoned out while looking at the floor. He started hearing all the girls in the class mumbling and fussing over him. He stood without a word, and stormed out, ignoring the teacher's yelling at him to come back. He wanted out. He needed out. He walked quickly up the stairs to the roof. He opened the door, which was surprisingly unlocked. Carefully, he opened the door, and opened it slowly. He didn't wanna see any couples up here making out. He checked for an all clear, and let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. He took in the fresh air. He felt the tightness in his chest that he hadn't noticed (as it was a common feeling) loosen up. He sat on the floor in a random spot on the roof, and slowly began to lay down and watch the clouds. His head flicked, and he let out a gentle "wow!". He grimaced softly, and ran his hands down his face. It hurt. Everything hurt.
Jotaro couldn't hold it in anymore. He rolled onto his side, and let it go. He began to quietly cry. Nobody could see him or hear him, so it would be fine. He put his hat over his face for extra measures. He clutched it angrily, once cold saddened tears beginning to run hot with his pent-up frustration. The teen took a big breath, trying to center himself. Kakyoin had taught him this method. Just breath and try to defog your mind. But this only made him cry harder. He missed Kakyoin. He wanted to go to the hospital and see him. Theoretically, he could do just that, but he looked like a mess at the moment. Kakyoin, his best friend.. Or did he feel differently about him? There were some deeper emotions he had toward the redhead. He didn't know what they were. He wished he did. He wanted to sort himself out and get these stupid fucking emotions out of his head. Jotaro wiped his eyes, taking a big shakey breath. He felt so tired, but he felt lighter. He slowly rolled onto his back, glossy blue eyes staring at the clouds. His head jerked twice, and he exclaimed "bark!" He chuckled a little to himself, as it reminded him of Iggy.
Not long after, he had managed to put himself together and shook out his hands. Breath. Be calm. Jotaro sat up, and slowly stood. He felt a little dizzy, but he probably just needed water. He went through the door, and down the steps. The teen found the nearest bathroom, splashing his face in the sink. The cold water sent a shiver through him, but he ignored it and dried his face off. He looked semi decent at the moment, the red in his face starting to evaporate. Jotaro exited the bathroom, and hurried to the front doors of the establishment. He didn't care that he left his bag at school. He could get it later. He burst out the doors, and made his way to the hospital not that far away. He'd finally get to see Kakyoin again, with his cherry red hair, and the little hair noodle he'd always twirled in his fingers when he was thinking or bored, and almost porcelain skin that glowed just about the same color as his hair when he was embarrassed or something of the like and-- Jotaro's brain skidded to a stop as he stopped at a crosswalk. He wouldn't continue that train of thought. It could prove to be disastrous.
He found himself in front of the hospital faster than he had imagined. He let out a soft sigh, and went inside. He walked up to the front desk.
"Hey, what's the room number for Noriaki Kakyoin? I'm a friend of his and wanna see him." He asked, nervously tapping his foot.
"Room 202, 2nd floor."
"Thank you"
He walked over to the elevator and pressed the button to call it. He waited.
And waited.
Then it dinged, and the doors opened. He rushed inside it, gently muttering "202" over and over to get it in his head.
He arrived at the floor, and found the room. He took a deep breath, and opened the door slowly as his heart raced with anticipation.
"Nori?"
