"CHLOE WATCH OUT!!"

Chloe POV

Ladybug and Chat Noir have been fighting this akuma for quite awhile now. Apparently my dad acedentaly killed someone, a child was playing around near the demolition site. My dad didn't see him so he proceeded to blow up the place as planned. The mother of the child saw it at the last second, their child blown up because of my dad. Then the mother got akumatised and is going after my head, an eye for an eye as she said. I mean thats  ridiculous utterly ridiculous 🙄. The parent was suppose to watch their own child and people somehow missed a child walking into a demolition site that they knew was going to blow up and didn't say a thing. Now I'm being hunted down for something I never did or was apart of. How stupid is Paris?!

Ladybug 🐞 POV

This damn Akuma is starting to get annoying. How the hell did  the mayor blow up a child!! For gods sake why did no one say anything and how the hell did no one see a fricking child on a demolition site!? And talk about bad parenting how did the mother just let their child roam freely, get killed, then blames the person that killed the child on accident even though he has told the entire city that it was a demolition site and blocked it off, then trys to kill their daughter as "revenge" or as she says it "an eye for an eye".

Sure the mayor is also to blame and so is the parent, but why does Chloe have to pay the price of something she didn't do. I mean sure Chloe is the cause of alot of akumitisations and has been akumitised numerous times but she's a good person at heart and I know why she lashes out at people, especially me... focus I need to focus on getting this akuma away form Chloe.

The akuma seems to be targeting Chloe and only Chloe. The akuma carrys a sword with them and seems to be very agile with it. I'll have to be extra careful, knowing hawkmoth he's starting to get desperate and is willing to kill anyone including Chat and I for the miraculous. Which also means he probably gave the akuma a sword that can pierce through our suits and most likely have some sort of poison or something to emobolize us. I can't let the akuma near Chloe even if I die I won't let hawkmoth win.

If I get stabbed there's a low chance of me surviving, Tikki uses her magic to restore Paris with a miraculous ladybug which includes healing anyone who gets hurt, that takes alot of power by the time Tikki heals Paris and it's people she won't have enough energy for me and by the time she does I'll most likely be dead. If the sword does have poison then I'll be dead either way, Tikki can heal the wound but won't be able to get rid of the poison.

No matter what happens to me, I must protect Chloe, and if I die doing so... then so be it.

3rd POV

"CHLOE WATCH OUT!!" Ladybug yells as she jumps in front of Chloe aswell as taking in the sword that was trusted in her. Blood slowly making its way down the sword, crys  of agony and pain can be heard from multiple people. Chloe. Chat Noir. The people of Paris. And... Marinette. "ARRGGGHHHHH!!!" Ladybug yells out as blood drips to the floor. Pulling out the blade, she brakes it in half and catches the akuma, then using the lucky charm to restore Paris to its glory, then collapses to the floor. "LADYBUG!!" a panicked Chloe and Chat Noir yells. "Why? Why aren't you healed?" Chat yells trying to contain his tears. Ladybug explains what the problem was, Tikki's energy and the poison. "N-no. NO! THIS CANT BE HAPPENING!! M'LADY PLEASE THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO SAVE YOU! THERE HAS TO BE!" Chat yells as tears  start to flow from his emerald eyes. "Kitty listen there's no other way, even if Tikki has enough energy to fix the wound the poison has already started to spread, it will be a matter of time till it has engulfed my entire body. Promise me Chat after I die I want you to find a new Ladybug, one who will always stand by your side, one you can trust, one you can always count on when you need them, one that can be a better ladybug then I ever could." Ladybug says holding Chats face, starting into his emerald eyes. "What are you saying? Please m'lady dont say that, your going to live." Chat cried out. "CHAT! Please... promise me." Ladybug yells through the pain. "Fine. I promise m'lady but no one would will ever be a better Ladybug then you." Chat says clenching Ladybugs hand. "Just so you know your the best partner I could have ever asked for" Ladybug says as a singular tear falls.

"Why?" Chloe says grabbing Ladybugs attention. "Why did you save me? and don't you dare give me the "it's my job" bullcrap." Chloe exclames as tears fall from her eyes. Tooken aback by this question Ladybug replied "Well Chloe I saved you because... even after everything you've done your still my best friend and I wont let my best friend die, not today, not any day." as she  detransforms. "MARINETTE!" Chloe, Chat Noir, and Tikki yelled. "Hey guys." Marinette says as a warm smile still stayed on her face. Chloe fell to her knees as her head hanged, at this latest discovery. "W-why? Why did you call me your best friend? I've been nothing but mean and cruel to you and everyone else, I've caused multiple people to become akumatised and became akumatised alot myself, so why?" Chloe said looking up as tears flowed down her face not wanting to stop. "Because Chloe... I know why you do what you do and I understand why. The fact that you are self-aware of this and the fact that you own up to your mistakes tells me your a good person and your trying to change. I called you my best friend because thats what you are, your my best friend, you always have been, even when you were mean I knew why you did what you did and I wouldn't blame you for it. Your my best friend Chlo and nothing will ever change that... one more thing, I'm sorry Chlo, sorry that I didn't help you when you needed it, sorry for all the time that I knew but never acted on it, sorry for leaving you when you needed me the most, and sorry for leaving you right now. I just hope you'll forgive me for all that I did to wrong you. I love ya Chlo, Tikki, and Chat... thank you for everything." a smile still plastered on Marinettes face as her eyes start to dull, fading all the light in her eyes.
