Sid's mom was crossing by sana's cabin when she saw this scene. She was happy seeing all three of them smiling and giggling together. She quickly marched towards the entrance and left for sana's house. Here Sana along with Sid and Ammu left for icecream parlor. All 3 of them enjoyed there time together. Ammu's cute antics took away Sid's heart and there cute banter didn't make them realise the time they have spent their. It's was after a long time Sana was enjoying with someone other than their family member.
Ammu was sitting thinking something. Sid and Sana looked at each other and then Sid patted Ammu's shoulder.

Ss:- baby ap kya soch rahe ho?
Ammu:- uuummmm.... me soch raha hun te ap itne sunder ho to me apto untel tyun bolun?
Sid and Sana laughed at her complement.
Ss:- haha.. acha me apko sunder lgta hun?
Ammu:- haan ji... biltul... bohot sunder...
Ss:- hahahahha... acha fir btao kya bulaoge ap fir mujhe?
Ammu:- uuuuummmm... meri toi friend nai hai... ap banoge mere friend?
Ss:- haan baby me banuga na apka friend... ap sad hoke kyun puch rahe ho?

Ammu:- tyunti sb tehte hain te mere papa nai hai to me gandi bachi hun... isliye toi mera friend nai bnta... me gandi bachi hun to tya app mere friend banoge?
Both of them were shocked hearing Ammu.
S:- baby ye kisne kaha apko?
Ammu:- mmu... wo sub jo part me thelte hai na? Unhone taha...
Ss:- baby ap bilkul gande bache nai ho... ap to bohot pyare ho... me apka friend banuga... infact meri bhi koi best friend nai hai... ap banoge?
Ammu smiled brightly.
Ammu:- best friend??? Ote ... to me aj se apko bestie bulanugi ok?
Ss:- ok done or me apko princes bulaunga ohk?

And he forwarded his hand for a handshake towards Ammu. She took his hand and did handshake with him.
Sana was just adoring these two from a long time. She was lost in there cuteness. The way he consoled her and took care of her. The way he cutely changed her thoughts. The way she was chatting with him and sharing her problem with him ... complementing him... loving him... it was all so emotional and cute. Sid and Ammu snapped their fingers in front of her eyes to bring her back to this world. She smiled and creased Ammu's face lovingly. At that very moment she received a call from her mother.
SM:- sana putter...
S:- haan ji mumma... ki hoya tusi ronde kanu pae ho? (What happened why are you crying)

SM:- sana putter o.. o.. o biji... biji di halut... putter tu jaldi ghar aaja... jaldi ker..
S:- haan ji me aai abhi... ap tension na lo kuch nai hoga... me aa rahi hun bs.
She suddenly got up to leave.
Ss:- what happened Miss. Gill? Is everything ok?
S:- wo biji... biji ki tabiyut shayud kharab ho gai hai.. mujhe ghar jana hoga.. apko hotel chod ke me ghr nikal jaungi.. let's leave.
Ss:- Nai... me bhi apke sath chalunga ghar.
S:- acha ok chaliye.
Sid lifted Ammu in his arm and they left for sana's house.

Reaching home they saw everyone had gathered in hall. There was a tensed look on there face. Sid was holding sleeping Ammu in his arms while Sana straight away marched towards her mom. Sid also followed her.
S:- Ki hoya mumma? Biji kithe ne?
SM:- ander ne putter... Dr. Khanna Dekh rahe ne ander.
Baaz came forward to take Ammu from Sid's hand but she wasn't leaving him.
Ss:- koi ni tu mujhe iske room me leja me lita deta hun.
Baaz:- haan ji aao.
Baaz took him to sana's room. Sid made Ammu sleep their and then came down.

Dr. Stepped out of Biji's room. Sana quickly marched towards him followed by Sid.
S:- dr. Ab biji ki tbiyut kesi hai?
Dr:- hhhh... see I wouldn't give any false hope to you. Her condition is not good. Aj jo unhe BP ka attack aaya hai wo kafi serious tha. Medicine bhi effect nai ker rahi unhe. Abhi to unhe inject kiya hai kuch der tk hosh aa jaega. Please take care of her.
Sana broke down hearing this. She was about to fall down but sid caught her immediately.
Ss:- Shehnaaz smbhalo khud ko. Agr tum tut jaegi to subko kese smbhalogi? Aur hum sub hai na biji ke sath? Kisi ache dr. Ko dikhaenge illaj ho jaega... per tumhe himat rakhni padegi..

Shehnaaz straightened up herself and nodded seeing in Sid's eyes. Their was a different peace she felt after seeing in his eyes. She turned face and saw her mom crying. Sid's mom was holding her.
S:- mumma tusi himat rakho. Biji ko sirf ap smbhal sukte ho. Isliye apko to tutna allowed he nahi hai. Chalo aao biji ko dekh ke aate hain.
Sid's mom kept a hand on sana's head and spoke.
SsM:- Shehnaaz beta tu Ammu ko dekh jake. Me aur teri mummy biji ko dekhte hain. Ammu kbse room me akeli hai. Jaa bacha.. tu usse dekh.
S:- acha chalo me usse dekh ke aati hun.
Dr:- ok then I'll take a leave now. Ap unka khyal rkhna... aaaa.. Sana can I have a second with you alone.

Sana got a little tensed and looked at Sid standing next to her. Sid to looked at her and could sense that she is tensed. He patted her shoulder lightly and spoke.
Ss:- Come Shehnaaz... I'll come along with you.
She nodded in yes as if this is what she wanted him to say and then they walked out with Dr.
Dr:- Sana beta I know it's a little personal but as I know you from your childhood I am sure you won't mind me stepping in?
Sana looked at sid and then spoke back.
S:- Ofcourse uncle. Please app bina hich kichae boliye kya baat hai.
