Jonahs pov

I was out grocery shopping when i got a call from Daniel asking when i was coming home. It was obvious that he was in his littlespace just by his voice. I talked to him for about 10 minutes, cause i told him i was on my way home, which i am.

So here i am now, in the car driving to our house. It was silent in the car as i watched the road before me. It had become a habit of mine to be worried when Daniel was alone and in littlespace. Cause i didn't want him to accidently hurt himself on something. So you could only imagine thw relief that washed over me when I finally saw our house.

I parked the car in our garage, then got out and took the groceries. I walked inside the quiet house, wondering where Daniel was. I walked in the kitchen only to see Daniel holding a scissor in his hand, trying to cut through a paper.

Out of instict i dropped the bags down and sprinted over to him. I took the scissor from him quickly, but carefully

"Hi baby, what are you doing with these?" i asked him, seeing his face lit up when he realised that it was me.

"Well i wantwed to give you a subwrise daddy, swo i wantwed to make you somewhing" i melted at his resonse, and also because he looked at me with his big ocean blue eyes

"That's very sweet of you love, but you know the rules, no sharp objects unless I'm here" he leaned into my touch as i carried his cheek "I don't want you to hurt yourself you know"

"I'm sowwy daddy, i forwgot" he said still looking up at me

"It's alright for this time love, and if you want, we can watch a movie after I have gotten all the groceries in the frigde" his eyes sparkled with excitement, i continued and said "you can go pick out a movie while i lit the groceries away alright"

He nodded his head as he stood up, wobbling on his feet just a tiny bit. He kissed my cheek quickly then went into the living room. I looked fondly at him for a while, before i snapped back and started ro unpack the groceries

♡time skip cause lets be honest unpacking groceries are not fun😂 ♡

When i was finished unpacking the groceries i went into the living room. And the first thing I see is Daniel on the couch, wrapped in one of our fluffy, big blankets. I sat down besides him on the white couch. Looking to the tv In front of us, seeing the Lion King paused on the screen.

Daniel shared the blanket with me as he cuddled into my side. Kissing the crown of his head as i turned the movie on.

♡some minutes in♡

Daniels eyes were glued to the screen infront of us. This was one of his favorite movies and it was adorable when he was so focused on something.

And while we were watching the movie Wes and Kobe had jumped up on the couch. Both of them were laying down on each one of our laps. Wes was in my lap, while Kobe was in Daniels.

Daniel was to intrested in the movie to notice the two pets in our laps. But I think it was alright, as they just laid there, probably wanting just to be near. I did pet Wes from time to time tho.

The thing was that we had seen the Lion King multiple times before, but small things in it always amazed me. Either if it is something that i myself hadn't noticed in the movie. Or if it was parts of the movie that Daniel liked a bit more. But it always amazed me either way.

I checked the time on my watch, as i heard the light yawn coming from Daniel. Seeing it being close to his bed time explained a lot. It was the right timing too, as the movie was about to end.

"Lets get you to sleep love" i earned a nod in return as i paused the outro and turned of the tv. After that I got up from the white couch and picked Daniel up.

I walked up to our room, Wes and Kobe following me there. Opening the door to our bedroom. Setting Daniel down on our marble colored sheets. Then going to get a pjamas for him.

Getting his favorite one. It was a orangy color with instruments on it. Going back to him with it. Smiling softly as i see him yawn.

"Just gonna change you, then you can go to sleep, alright love" getting a hum in response from him. Changing him quite quickly so he can sleep. Seeming that he was very tired.

After changing him to his pjamas i laid him under the sheets. Giving him his favorite plushie, then going to change to my sleeping clothes, being sweatpants and not shirt.

Going back to him quickly after that, seeing him fast asleep, Kobe and Wes being asleep by his feet. I smiled at them as i turned all the lights off and then laying under the covers with him. Holding him in my arms as i slowly drifted off to sleep.
