Technoblade, Eret's castle...

Techno shot up, hearing soft sobs from the room next to his, which was where the kids were being kept. He stretched slightly before leaving the room and entered the other room as quietly as possibly, trying not to wake the other kids.

"Hey, hey, George, are you ok? What's wrong?" Techno, taken aback slightly at the crying boy, asked, picking him up and carrying him out of the room. "Having n-nightmawes..." George whispered, sniffling softly as he wiped away his still flowing tears. Techno sighed. He had forgotten that they were all victims of a war, even if George was less involved than the rest of them.

"Ok. Um... How about I make you some hot milk for tonight? That always calm me down." Techno suggested, smiling softly as the boy nodded, smiling slightly as his tears lessened. They both headed to the kitchen, Techno setting George down on the counter before taking down the ingredients from the cupboards. "Do you want any snacks? Like some fruits or something?" George hummed. "A-apple?" Techno smiled, before handing the boy a few sliced apples from lunch.

"Thank you." George said, biting into a slice. Techno heated up some milk, before he poured the warm milk into two glass and placed one next to George. "Here you go!" Techno said cheerily, making George smile. "Thank you." Techno nodded, sipping his own glass before Schlatt came downstairs with a yawn. "Ah, it seems like I wasn't the only one awoken by one of the gremlins." Schlatt said, as Skeppy's little blue gloved hand waved at the two of them.

"Why are you up?" Techno asked, as Skeppy was placed next to George, who offered him some apples. "Want banana..." Skeppy said softly, making Schlatt hand him some sliced banana instead. "I had this little one walk into my room and woke me up saying he's hungry." Schlatt said, as he poured some milk into his glass. "Hm. I heard this one crying so here we are." Techno said softly, smiling.

Schlatt hummed, before Tubbo came downstairs, eyes half opened. "Oh hello, everyone." Tubbo mumbled, making a beeline for the chests that contain the water bottles. "Did one of them wake you too, Tubbs?" Techno asked, as he watched the two children on the counter share their fruits. "No, no. I always come downstairs for a water bottle because I tend to get thirsty at night." Tubbo explain softly.

He smiled at George and Skeppy as they both offered a slice of their fruits, shaking his head. "No thank you, I'm not that hungry." Tubbo said, before he went back upstairs. "Ok you two, you should go back to sleep as well." Techno said, making Schlatt nod.

They both carried the two children back to their room, where they were tucked in and Schlatt stayed back because they wanted a story before bed, so he decided to become their storyteller for the night. Techno slipped into bed, staring at the ceiling as he thought about what to do during the next day. Techno remembered that the SMP does have a beach, and they were also about to celebrate Halloween, so he smiled, and decided to write the ideas down on his Converser before he fell asleep.

As the castle residents slept, under the moonlit sky, a witch stood outside the castle walls, a smile on her lips. "I hope they have fun. They need it." She whispered, before disappearing into the shadows of the night.
