It had been a month since the incident in Mexico. Phoebe and Isaac had sadly left, barely a week after they had saved Scott and Kira. But, Angelina made a promise to call them when she saved up enough money. And soon enough, she did.
"Hello?"
She cleared her voice, "Isaac. I still can't believe you knocked me out when I was learning. That is very rude of you."
A soft chuckle was heard from the other line, it was good to hear from each other. "Angel, you tried murdering us, of course I was going to knock you out. You really called me just to yell at me?"
"No," She sighed, laying down on her bed and staring at the ceiling. "I miss you, we all miss you and Phoebe. I have some news though."
"Let me hear it."
"Well me and Liam have the same best friend, he introduced us second term, then Scotty bit him, of course you know that, fast forward a few months...and well-"
"Angelina Eve Stilinski, you better not have a boyfriend. You don't even have your drivers license yet." Isaac scolded the fifteen year old.
"Hey! I turn sixteen in December so hush. Also yes, I do have a boyfriend, and he make's me happy."
He groaned once more then gave in, "As long as he doesn't hurt you, I won't kill him."
"Oh, how's France? Is it pretty?"
"It's beautiful Angel, one day you have to come visit. They have so many things you would love here."
"I will take you up on that offer once I graduate, and get a job."
"Well I can't wait, sorry to cut our time short but it is currently two in the morning and I don't want to wake Pheebs. Thank you for getting up with me, stay safe."
"You, too." And with that, she hung up.
After that phone call Angelina started searching around for an easy job, she finally found a tiny coffee shop that hired her. She was content, it was perfect for the summer, she wouldn't have to worry about school hours and school work. Everything was fitting into place.
