Prompt - My own. Skeppy has the Hanahaki disease because of Bad. Both really like each other, but they don't know that.

Type - Angst. (If there is a part 2 it will most likely be fluff unless my angst mindset takes over.)

Ship - Skephalo (Skeppy and Badboyhalo)

Trigger Warnings - Blood, throwing up, panic attack, crying (?). People don't pick their triggers, so feel free to tell me any more, and I'll add them.

Skeppy had a dying love for Bad, his best friend.

Literally.

Skeppy's POV

I had to stop my stream again and mute myself to run to the bathroom. I once again coughed up a small number of red flower petals, followed by me throwing up countless more and blood. Once I had drained myself, I looked in the mirror above the sink. I saw a man, mouth covered in blood, pale all over, and bloodshot eyes. After staring for a few minutes, I refocused and realized that man was myself.

I looked terrible as if I've been sick for weeks. Technically, I have been, but that's beside the point. I looked disgusting to myself, like, it's hard to explain, I just looked sick and in pain. I took a few deep breaths and returned to my PC. I unmuted myself, apologizing to my chat saying I didn't realize I had muted and continued my streaming.

Skeppy's POV (again lol)

I was finally able to end my stream after a couple of hours. I shut everything off and went to go lay down on my bed. I soon had a hurling feeling in my chest and I froze. "No, not again, this just happened." I thought. I unfroze and bolted to the bathroom, just barely making it in time. I emptied the contents from my throat with painful coughs.

After what seemed like forever, it ended again. I backed up against the wall, slowly sliding down it to a sitting position. I reached into my sweater pocket and grabbed my phone. As I began scrolling through Twitter, my eyes swelled up with tears. I couldn't see the screen well, but I went to my contacts to ring Sapnap for help. And pressed the wrong recent contact.

Ring. Ring. Ring.

Ring. Ring. Ring.

Ring. Ri-

"Hello?"

"Sapnap?" I asked in a shaky voice. There was a brief silence before the voice came through the phone. "Skeppy, this is Bad, what's wrong?" I froze for the second time that night. My head began to spin a bit as my breathing quickened. That was the last person I wanted to be around. (no offense Bad :D)

Bad's POV

"The news is not a very interesting thing to watch, I might just go cook some food." I said to myself. I set my TV remote down and walked to the kitchen. As I was getting things to make food, I got a phone call from someone. I was quick to answer it.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Sapnap?". Skeppy's shaky voice came through the phone and hit me like a brick wall. He sounded terrible like someone had beat the muffin out of him. I took a moment to take that in before I spoke again. "Skeppy, this is Bad, what's wrong?" I eventually asked. I listened as I heard his breathing speed up, and his attempts to speak sounded shaky. Then it clicked.

Oh muffin, he is having a panic attack.

My brain started working as fast as it could as I worked to attempt to calm him down, as well as climb into my car to drive to his house. "Alright buddy, you're gonna need to listen to me. I need you to start taking deep breaths to calm yourself. Can you do that for me?" I asked softly, climbing into the driver's side of my car. I heard a squeak of confirmation from him, and I hung up.

I continued to make my way to his house, which was thankfully only about 5 minutes away. Upon arriving, I jumped out of the car, fiddling with my keyring to find his key. I unlocked the door and didn't even bother taking my shoes off before running for the bathroom. I don't think he will mind.

I softly knocked on the bathroom door, waiting for Skeppy to somehow respond. After hearing a confirmation, I opened the door to reveal a very horrible-looking Skeppy. His blue hair was in knots from the lack of keeping it brushed, his eyes were puffy and red from crying, his face was stained with tear streaks, and his eyes had dark bags under them.

My heart shattered when I saw him regretting not seeing him like this earlier and helping him. I squatted down so I could be closer to his height, and he launched himself onto me, knocking me backward onto my butt. I gently wrapped my arms around him, and he nuzzled his face into my right shoulder.

Soon enough, his loud sobs turned into sniffles, and his grip loosened on my shirt. I began to move a bit, but Skeppy whimpered and held onto me tighter. I guess I won't be moving anytime soon, but I could care less. As long as Skeppy was safe, I would stay here and help him as long as he needed it.

Bad's POV

Around an hour later, I slowly began to sit up to stretch. I sat him down on the floor against the side of the tub and stood up. Stretching my limbs, I glanced around the room a bit. My eyes soon made it over to the sink, and a look of horror appeared on my face.

The sink was filled with blood and red flower petals.

I began to debate on if I should let him sleep, or confront him about this. I decided on the latter. I crouched down in front of him and shook him awake. He slowly opened his eyes. Upon making eye contact with me, he shot upright and tried backing away from me.

"Hey, it's alright, it's Bad, I'm not going to hurt you, promise," I explained in a soft tone, inching a bit closer to him. His expression relaxed and he curled in on himself. "M'sorry," he mumbled. I looked up at him, confused. "Why are you sorry?" I asked. "I look like shit, I just had a panic attack, and I'm pretty sure you've seen the sink" he responded.

My face softened and I pulled him into another hug. "Language, and don't be sorry. I'm here to help you now." I whispered comfortingly. He sniffed and sat back, leaning against the tub again.

Skeppy's POV

I watched as Bad stood and looked around. "If you're looking for a cloth, it's under the sink," I said. I then realized how sulky I sounded. My voice was all scratchy from the constant throwing up, no wonder all the fans were so worried.

I then felt a familiar burn in my throat. Panicking, I tapped Bad's arm, catching his attention. He looked at me and I motioned for him to move. He stepped out of the way as I stood. I leaned over the sink and began to empty the blood and countless red petals, once again.

Once the throwing up ceased, I fell onto the ground and I screamed out of pain. It hurt so bad, I couldn't deal with it anymore. I felt Bad wrap his arms around me in an attempt to calm me down.

My screams turned into sobs, which soon turned into sniffles and hiccups. I'm pretty sure I soaked Bad's entire sweatshirt, but he doesn't seem to care. I then felt the world begin to spin and everything felt fuzzy.

I heard Bad screaming my name, but I couldn't hold on and I slipped...
