Episode 18: Now I'm Back!

*Kirby has the gem and the treasure chest in hand*

Kirby: I did it. I got the gem

Eda: Ready for home?
Kirby: Yes, I'm ready...

Eda: Then let's go

Kirby: But, what about Luz?
King: Oh don't worry, we'll tell Luz about you leaving home

Kirby: Thanks King...I'm just

*At the convention, Eda, King, Willow, Gus, and Amity activate the chest, and it opens a portal*

Eda: This is it Kirby. Your ticket home.

Kirby: Thanks. But...but...

Willow: But what...

Kirby: Luz, hasn't say goodbye to me yet...

Gus: Oh Kirby, don't be sad, I'm sure Luz will know

Kirby: Well, in that case (Gives Gus something) Give this to Luz, it's a sign of our friendship.

Gus: Thanks Kirby, I'll be sure

Kirby: Willow, you will become a better plant student right?

Willow: Of course Kirby

Kirby: (Gives Amity a cake pop) Here Amity, you deserve it

Amity: Aww...thanks Kirby

Kirby: And Eda, you made a great witch

Eda: If you can say that again. Kirby

Kirby: So this is goodbye then, and without Kirby...

King: (Gasp and whispers into Eda's ear) I'll be back (Walks off)

*Luz goes back to the Owl House*

Hooty: Hey Luz

Luz: Hi Hooty. Wonder where Kirby is?
King: Hey umm...Luz

Luz: Oh hey King, where's Kirby?

Kirby: He's leaving

Luz: What do you mean? Leaving?

King: Yes...leaving back...

Luz: Back...

King: You know...home?
Luz: Yeah home...(Gasps) HOME?!
King: Yes, you didn't say goodbye to him?

Luz: Hurry! (Opens the door)

Hooty: OW! Luz?

King: Wait up Luz! (Follows Luz)

*Back at the convention*

Kirby: I'll be going now...bye guys

Kirby's friends: Bye (Kirby enters the portal)

Luz: Wait! Wait! (The portal disappears) NOOOOO!!!! (Cries)

Gus: Luz...

Luz: Huh?

Gus: Kirby told me to give this to you (Gives Luz the gift that Kirby gave to him)

Luz: (Unwraps the paper to reveal a picture of her and Kirby playing together) Woah. (Grins) I should've have known. Thank you Kirby, for everything. And someday, you'll come back and play again.

Eda: Alright, let's head back

*At nighttime, Kirby comes out of the portal and returns home*

Kirby: Yes. I'm home. I'm coming Tiff and Tuff (Heads to the castle)

*Kirby arrives at the castle entrance*

Kirby: Hello, I'm Kirby. (All the Waddle Dees scramble and hug Kirby in tears)

Escargoon: Hey, what's going on (Gasps) Guys they found Kirby!

Tiff and her family: KIRBY?!

Tuff: KIRBY! (Hugs Kirby)

Tiff: KIRBY! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?! WE'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU FOREVER! (Hugs Kirby while crying)

Kirby: Tiff. Hi. And Tuff. Hi.

Lady Like: Kirby! You're back! Where have you been!

Sir Ebrum: Kirby is back! That's good news!

*That night, Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby are in bed sleeping together. Meanwhile, Kirby is awake still thinking about Luz. Back at the Owl House, Luz is seen sitting on the couch, still thinking about Kirby. Suddenly Hooty gives Luz a letter*

Hooty: Luz, this for you. It's a letter from Kirby

Luz: From Kirby? (Reads the letter)

Kirby: (Letter narration) "Dear Luz, It's me Kirby. I don't write too much, but now I know that being safe is always the top priority. Even though, I never have talent, I did learn to paint in school. And I'll tell you what, one day we'll see each other again. From your bestie, Kirby"

Luz: Thanks Kirby, I'm feeling much better now.

*Luz drifts to sleep, King cuddles her. Back in Dreamland, Kirby cuddles Tiff*
