a loud sound of a door being slammed, followed by an array of flower petals and blood fell into the toilet.

Sana had been enduring the painful illness for months, she still refused to get it treated.

Flowers are piling up her throat, no matter how many times she get the flower out of her body. it would come back soon after.

Sana cried, she never cried so much before not in pure happiness but it was painful. Everyday was a torture for her. Flowers clogged her throat as she cried, it was getting harder to breathe. she was scared that she would not live another day to see the world, the fans, her members that are like sister, and the person she loved most her parent and her crush dahyun.

One the members heard crying sound from the toilet. She opened the door and saw a broken sana sitting on the floor, leaning against the bath tub, Sana look up and saw a blurry vision of someone.

The member spoke and judging by the soft voice, sana knew it was mina.

"mina, im not okay. i need help" sana said while crying

As much as mina was happy that sana finally admitted she's not okay, she is still sad that sana was broken.

"hey, you will be fine." mina said calmingly

Mina placed her arm around sana, bringing her closer to her. Sana instinctively hugged mina back. The warmth that mina emitted felt so good.

Sana cried into mina's chest, while mina just stroked her hair.

After sana had finally calm down, she cleaned herself up.

"thank you"

"no problem"

Sana smiled at mina. Her face red and her eyes are puffy from crying.

All of a sudden, sana felt weak. Her vision just went blurry and this time not because of the tears.

"w.a..it m.ina" was all sana said with all her might before she fainted.

Mina heard a thud from behind her and she quickly rushed back to sana.

"sana wake up" mina said while shaking her aggressively.

"jihyo,chaeyoung. anybody just please come" mina shouted. It was the first time, not first time but rare times that mina actually shouted. I mean sana, her friend, her sister was at the brink of death.

The members that were currently at the dorm heard mina's scream. They immediately rushed out of the room and seeing mina on the floor, shaking sana. They called the ambulance.

Within 20 minutes, the ambulance came and sana was being sent to the hospital A&E.

The members followed her, thank god jeongyeon has a driver license. Mina and jihyo got on the ambulance while the rest was driven to the hospital by jeongyeon.

they waited outside while the doctor was giving her a full body check up.

After the doctor was done, the members rushed to the doctor.

"doctor, is she okay?" jihyo asked

"yes, she will be waking up soon and no, she doesn't have much time to live"

"what do you mean she doesn't have much time to live?"nayeon asked

"She's suffering from hanahaki and her disease is getting worse. If she she don't do surgery, im afraid the flowers and blood would fill up at lungs and she will eventually suffocate and die."

They let out a loud gasp and thanked the doctor before visiting sana. All of them saw sana being hooked up to the iv drip makes them sad.

A few hours later, sana woke up. All the members immediately bombarded her with questions.

"im okay guys"

"no you're not and the doctor says you are going to die soon"

"ooh" sana said with a sad tone so her fear was coming true

"but you can survive and save yourself if you do the surgery."

"i will think about it." sana said monotonously.

"you guys go home first."
