Part IV

Your jaw's dropping. Hwang Hyunjin, your best friend, the most popular guy in school, asks you out ? He seems anxious about your lack of response, so you finally react.

- Y-yes, of course ! Come in, make yourself at home, You say with a smile.

Hyunjin bows his head and enters in your house.

- I'll get ready, it won't take long. Get something to eat or drink if you want, I'll be back in five minutes.

You rush to the stairs and climb them four by four. You open your wardrobe door and take out several outfits. You don't know which one to wear. Suddenly someone knocks on your door and enters your room. Hyunjin, hands in his sweater pocket.

He gives a smirk when he sees the mountain of clothes on your bed.

- I knew you couldn't pick out an outfit. Personally, I prefer the overalls with the purple sweatshirt, you'll look so cute in them. So, if you want to make me happy, you know what to wear...

He winks at you and then he walks out of your room, closing the door. You don't even hesitate and start getting dressed. You go to the bathroom to touch up your makeup and do your hair. When you come back down to the living room, Hyunjin is combing his hair while looking at himself on his phone screen. He's so attractive when he plays with his hair. The butterflies are back in your stomach.

- Yeah, don't worry, your hair's fine Jinnie, you tease him.

He jumps up, and blushes a little. Only the top of his cheekies and his nose turns pink, it's adorable. You see his eyes go from your feet to your head and it's your turn to blush. Hyunjin comes to you smiling and pats your head.

- I was right, you look lovely dressed like that. Let's go now.

You nod your head and he takes your hand in his. His big hand is all soft and warm. He opens the door for you to go out first and then you lock it. You start walking towards downtown, since there are no more buses. It's six o'clock, but, since it's fall now, the sun is already starting to set. You've sent a message to your parents to let them know you're out.

- So, where are we going on our first date ? You ask, looking at him and smiling.

- First date ? Does that mean there'll be more than one ?

- Mr Hwang Hyunjin, stop teasing me please! You shout while hiding your red face in your free hand.

- Doing what ? I haven't done anything. I'm an angel, I never do anything wrong, he says innocently, holding your hand a little harder.

You roll your eyes but smile anyway. "You must look like an idiot, Y/N, smiling like that all the time. What must Hyunjin be thinking ?" Actually, Hyunjin thinks you're really adorable when you blush and get shy, he just annoys you to hear your cute little giggles and see your smile.

- So... We can go to the cafe and then the Han River, if you're up for it, he suggests.

- Great !

You guys go all the way downtown and chat happily, you're so teasy and flirty with each other. You arrive at your favorite café and sit at a free table. A waiter arrives and your eyes are immediately drawn to him. He's really handsome. Hyunjin sees your interest in the waiter and the waiter's interest in you and frowns.

- Hello, I'm Park Seungjin, your waiter. What can I do for you and your friend, Pretty Miss ? The waiter says, smiling at you.

You open your mouth to answer but Hyunjin's faster.
