Chappy III · Mysterious Happenings

The two girls spent about an hour calming down, after a while they started to talk to each other. They made their bed and sat down in silence. They both decided they were pretty hungry so Taylor grabbed her mom's wallet. Taylor told Lilith that they are going to a restaurant they saw on the way to the barn. Lilith agreed with it considering she was also starving. They walked about a mile till they found a small restaurant that looked very old and torn up. Even some of the windows were shattered. Taylor looks at it with a funny look on her face while Lilith looked at it with excitement on her face. Taylor groaned and said, "Do we have to eat here?" Lilith answered with a smile on her face and said "Unless you want to go eat the dead rats in the barn." Taylor looked at Lilith in disgust and agreed to just eat there.

After eating they walked back to the barn slowly considering they have nothing else to do. They walked up to the barn to see that their blankets were messed up not only messed up but torn and on the floor but they thought nothing of it. Taylor started to play on her phone and Lilith read her book. They got really relaxed until they heard three loud knocks on the barn door. They quickly jumped up and hid in the back where the hey is. Taylor whispered to Lilith ''Do you think it the cops looking for us?'' Lilith looked at her, nodded slowly, putting her finger over her mouth, and told Taylor to be quiet. The two girls hid behind some hay bales after a while the two girls come out of hiding. Lilith went to check who was at the barn door while Taylor stayed behind the hay bale. Lilith opened the door to see, nothing there was nothing there not even a single footprint. It could not have been the wind there wasn't even a breeze in fact it was blazing hot in Five Acres.
