Who Painted the Roses Red Ch 7

The next day everyone woke up to a trail of dripping blood from a tree of roses. It only took a few minutes for everyone to conclude that it was the one and only queen in town known as Queen of Hearts. Minutes later a bomb exploded in the kingdom and moments later there was a trail of blood leading to the palace.

Once they entered the palace Scarlet picked up a note from the Queen of Hearts. The note said, hey, my dearest friends would you like to play a little game of croquet? If you don't play, then your friend will die? If you do, then she will have some chance of living.

"OH, MY FUCKING GOD!!!!" Tyler yelled.

"What does this mean?" Izzy inquired.

"Guys, we have to gamble our lives for Ava." Scar replied.

While waiting for the Queen to make her entrance they explored the palace and saw the King of Hearts drop a note that said be at the main courtyard by 12:00am dressed to the nines. Hope to see your whole bodies there not just your heads. After seeing the note an arrow guided them to a fancy closet with fancy suits and dresses. A few hours later, the Red Queen and the warriors had a seat at the table in the courtyard. After breakfast the game is croquet began after the Red Queen explained the rules of the game while planning an evil plot twist behind everyone's back. While setting up the game the guard took Izzy and put the opal sward to her neck and threatens everyone by saying, "FIGHT WISELY TO WIN, IF YOU DO NOT WIN YOUR FRIEND IZZY WILL DIE!!!!" After those words struck, he took off with her into his layer.

Serval moments later he and Izzy entered his layer and sat down at the table where a romantic dinner was waiting for them. When they sat down dinner was already served, and they ate. While they ate, they had some wine, but the guard put something in her wine to knock her out, so he could move on to the next phase of his plan. Before they had the first sip of the wine the guard had to go to the bathroom, and this gave Izzy the chance to switch the wines before he came back.

A few minutes later Izzy sat down all properly pretending that nothing happened and acted normally, so the guard wouldn't notice anything suspicious. Once he sat down, they talked for a little while they were drinking their wine. The guard started feeling tired within 20 minutes after drinking the wine, so he got confused and passed out before he even got his hands on Izzy.

After a while he shoved her onto the bed and pinned her down, but the next thing he knew she stabbed him in the stomach. Not a single noise came out of the guard's mouth after she pulled out the blade from his stomach and licked his blood. Before she knew she buried him down deep in the dungeon for the rats to munch on during the day and went back to find her friends.

1 hour later Izzy got the Opal Saward and sprinted back to her friends with the excitement of joy until her jaw dropped with a sight of a brave young woman who was going to help Scar. When she came back, she was in shock when she saw the battle sight all torn in just a blink of an eye. Scar took her arrows and shot the queen in the heart and in a second, she was dead. Izzy told Alice which boy was which while Izzy and Scar picked some maroon roses off the trees to mesh into a piece of meat for the leopard to rescue Tyler while Izzy tossed the Opal Saward to Alice so she can slay the Jabberwocky. One by one the girls work as a team to rescue the boys.

Half an hour later Alice decapitated the Jabberwocky and saved Alex in a nick of time before he punctured his pure skin. Moments later the snow leopard was poisoned with the Rosey meat that was fed to him and everyone was amazed to get out of this game alive. Everything was all fine and dandy until the soul of The Red Queen came back for revenge. She was a beast trapped inside a human body for 30 years. Once she was discovered by everyone, they had to come up with a plan to defeat her.
