I seen this girl in the ship I assumed the guy that was pointing a ray gun at my head was her dad.because they had similar masks then she spoke
"Did you just call her baby.." I could hear it in her voice that she was trying to fight back her tears.
The rest of their conversation was a blur until green laces came out of her hands.was she like a mini scarlet witch?!?! She made that alien girl fly back ouch that must've hurt.after she left there was a silence so I decided to break it
"That was just uhhh awkward."

The guy wanted to go see his daughter but his associates told him it wasn't the best idea,I felt bad for the girl she reminds me of myself when I first started fighting crime.

"We don't have all day to stop thanos people so whatever your name is you gotta make things up with your kid." Dr strange was yet again annoyed

"The names starlord." The man said.

"That's a sick name I'm Spider-Man aka peter Parker!"
He just looked at me strangely.

"I'm gonna go check on y/n, quill I'll be back." The guy with no shirt said before he started to put on his helmet.

I got back to the ship balling my eyes out.how come they didn't tell me about any of this?
A mix of sadness and rage take control of me then it happened...
My powers...

Only the guardians know about my powers and they didn't do quite a good job at training me to use them that's why my grandpa yondo taught me how to use them but he passed away last year because my blood related grandfather killed him.

More tears came out as I thought more and more about Yondu of how I couldn't save him,and how it was all my fault he was gone.my powers started up again and I remember what yondo told me

"Don't be afraid kid don't let your powers control you ok? Cause if that happens you'll loose control of yourself which will cause you to kill everyone in your path got that?"

I heard footsteps upstairs I looked over at my ray gun until the person yelled.

"Y/n? Where are you?"
It was drax your brother figure he was always there for you he made you smile and laugh even though you two argue a lot he still means a whole bunch to you.
"Y/n there you are!"
"Here I am." I let out a big sigh.
"I'm so sorry I didn't tell you about your dad and gamora,I'm being honest when I say I've only known for a few days after I caught them smooching in the kitchen..." he looked at me and he saw my eyes tearing up again.

"Y/n I'm so sorry I didn't mean it like that."

"No no it's okay it's just I miss yondo so much he helped me control my powers and my emotions but now he's gone and I'm just lost."

"Your father is deeply sorry,He loves you more than anything in this galaxy you're all he has left."

"I know but he can be so protective sometimes when he doesn't need to be it's good he cares but I just feel like I can't breathe or I'm being babied."

"I know what it's like they all used to treat me and groot like that all the time like we had no brain or something."

"It happened again..." I started looking up at the ceiling.

"Your powers..."

"I couldn't control my emotions so they kinda started up but then you came and well they stopped."

"Well your father wants us back on those avengers ship apparently they know Thor."

"No I can't go back,I'm still mad at dad."

"Y/n you can't stay mad forever.."

"I know but just I'll be on your tail I'll follow the ship ok?"

"Alright well I'm gonna go back to the other ship."

"Drax?"

"Yea?"

Then he was gone,hopefully my dad won't come I just need space from him right now.
30 minutes pass and I see the ship start moving so I follow it next thing i know is we're on a planet called
