The car landed with a bump and the four of them had finally arrived at The Burrow! It was a tall, lopsided building located on a sort of farm-like land. They got out of the car and headed inside, Bill leading the way.

"Woah..." Barnaby awed as he looked up and around at the home.

"It's not much, but it's home." Charlie smiled.

"I think it's brilliant." Lana grinned. (did u see what I did there heheh)

The Burrow was a colourful, cosy, homely looking place. Nothing was even: mismatched chairs, wonky floors, messy homemade contraptions dotted around the house. But that's what made it perfect - it wasn't like anywhere else Lana or Barnaby had been.

"Are those your drawings of dragons on the walls, Charlie?" Barnaby asked, pointing at a collection of kid's drawings pinned on the wall.

"Ah, yeah. Mum likes to save everything we make." Charlie said, blushing a little bit out of embarrassment.

"I think they're great!" the Slytherin boy grinned.

"Such an artist." Lana teased.

"Where are all the Christmas decorations, Charlie?" Bill asked, "Surely mum and dad would've put them up by now?"

"They've been too busy taking care of the younger kids to get to it." Charlie sighed, "Also, mum and dad can't know we used dad's flying car - so best keep it a secret." he added frantically as he heard his parents coming.

Mrs Weasley appeared at the bottom of the stairs, looking rosy cheeked, a big smile appearing on her face as she saw her eldest son.

"Bill!" she cried happily, throwing her arms around the tall boy.

"Hi, mum." he chuckled.

"Oh hello, dears. It's lovely to see you both again." Molly smiled warmly, hugging both Lana and Barnaby.

"You too, Mrs Weasley." Lana replied.

"Thanks so much for letting us stay here." Barnaby smiled.

"Oh, it's no trouble. You're always welcome." Arthur smiled warmly.

"Why don't we chop down our Christmas tree together before it gets too late, dad?" Bill asked his father hopefully.

"I'm sorry, Bill, but I thought you weren't going to make it so I went ahead and found a tree. It's outside." Arthur apologised.

"Oh...I suppose we missed more of Christmas Eve than I realised." Bill sighed.

"Let's not get all sad! It's time to decorate!" Molly said happily, smiling brightly to help raise everyone's moods.

The family, Lana, and Barnaby got out the Christmas decorations no started to distribute them around the rooms. Lana pulled out a fake bunch of mistletoe and asked Mrs Weasley where to put it.

"Oh, just in the doorway there, dear. Up high." Molly answered.

Lana was struggling to hang the mistletoe in the doorway, when Barnaby came over to her from decorating the tree.

"Need some help, ya little dwarf?" he chuckled.

"Shut up, you." she pouted, slapping his arm.

"Here." he said softly, taking the fake plant from her and hanging it perfectly in the doorway without any trouble.

"Looks beautiful." Lana smiled.

"I know someone else that's even more beautiful." Barnaby commented, slipping his arms around her waist.
