Every girl has to follow the hygiene rules or they will end up with one of the following.
single
having no friends
sad
depressed
smelly
with scabies

Being clean can brighten a ladies mood any day so being dirty will hurt your ego and being called out on it will hurt your pride.
I mean lets get real its 2013 and people are cruel!
There is always a person who will be waiting to see you slip and they will embarrass you about it.
In my opinion a lady always has things they are required to do when they wake up in the morning.
1.brush your teeth (no one wants to smell your morning breath)
2.wash your face (you do this second because you have to wash the toothpaste off of your mouth)
3.do your hair
4.wash under your arms and put deodorant on (assuming you took a shower the previous night)
5.if your ashy from last nights shower lotion down in scented lotion (i prefer baby lotion)
6.Get dressed
accessorize (Earrings make anyone look better & and a necklace wouldn't kill you)
7.Put perfume on (behind your ear, all over your neck especially in the creases,and in your cleavage)
As long as you do those steps in the morning you will have guys at your feet (or girls i don't judge)
