Walking down the hallway full of students I start to think about Cain, how his mother's choker looks amazing on him, how his smile can easily shame the sun. He was just perfect! I shake away the thought of Cain and make way to my first class not stopping at my locker.
"Nathan! Nathan!" I hear behind me, I look over my shoulder to see the most annoying girl coming my way. I can't lie that's she's pretty, but she isn't my type. "Nathan how was your weekend? I missed you, and you didn't pick up my calls!" She said swinging her arms around me.
"My weekend was pretty good, hung out with Cain and I'm sorry I didn't pick up your calls." I brushed her off of me and continued to walk. Her face went from so happy to annoyed.
"Why do you hang out with him? He's like, weird he wears chokers and is into magic and rocks!" She hooked her self to my arm pulling me back.
Getting annoyed with her I pull away and walk into my class.
"She doesn't have the right to say stuff like that about him, especially in front of me." I mumbled to my self.
Mr. Muchle, my uncle looked at me with curiosity.
"Now Nathan, what's got you in a hissy mood now?" He sighed walking my way.
"Lia, she went ahead and practicality clung her self to me and not to mention she was talking shit about Cain." I grumble.
"Now Nathan, I don't like them words you said but your right she can't talk like that about your boy crush." He smirked and went back to his computer. I blush.
"He's not my crush, he's just a friend!" I spoke glancing his way.
"Hmhm.."
We stayed silent till the rest of the class came in. The class went on and on and ON for what seemed like days. Glancing at the clock on the wall I realized that I spaced out for most of the class.
"Nathan, do you know what this means." My uncle asked.
"No sir." I grumble.
He sighs and continues.
I fiddle with my lip hoop thinking of the day we both got our first piercings. Smiling at the thought of it I didn't realize that my face was covered in a light blush. The bell rung and I sprinted out making way to cains class. I see him walk out of his class, so I walk to him.
"How was your class?" I ask.
"Pretty good, didn't pay attention though." He laughed.
We walk to our class talking the way there. Everyone looked at us, whispering. Most people laughed at cain for his fashion since making him put his hood up in embarrassment. I glare at them pulling Cain closer to me. We make it to the class and sit down. Cain put his hood down and pulled out a book. Mrs. Qwin, the old hag didn't take a liking to Cain so she was a really stern old lady. That Class went slower than the first, finally it came to an end. We both got out of that classroom and laughed.
"God she was so annoying, can't believe the school would hire such a grump." Cain laughed.
I nodded, two more classes then none stop talking at lunch Then two other classes then we are gone!
We went to our separate classes, I had Math, he had science. Math was boring but it wasn't bad. The teacher was sweet and actually made the lessons clear. The class went on like a breeze. There was one more class then lunch!
"Nathan, how have you been? How your 'boyfriend'?" Keith, the 'popular' guy in this school who always made fun at Cain.
"I'm good and Cain is not my boyfriend." I glare at him.
"Hmhm sure he isn't. Anyways why do you hang out with him, you could ditch him and hang out with me and the boys instead." He laughed an ugly laugh.
I started to get annoyed with him.
"I hang with him because he's not fake like you and your gang. And no I won't ditch him for fakes like you keith so get lost!" I push him away, people stop and watch for what's going to happen.
He swung at me but lucky for me it was an easy kick down there, he was to slow. He fell to the ground so I did what almost every mother tell their daughter to do of a guys touches her. I brought his face to my knee. Pretty sure I broke his nose too. His Stupid gang started at me, swinging punches. I jabbed one in the guts after a few good hits they landed. I got a good hit in one of their faces before a teacher came around.
"In the name of things heavenly what is going on!" She gasped at the scene that layer in front of her, keith still on the ground trying to control the bleeding, one guy holding his side, one with at busted lip and me who got the most of the beating.
Cain came shortly after the teacher did and to say he looked shocked. The teacher started to shoo away the students that were watching.
Cain came runing up to me embracing me in a hug.
"What the hell were you thinking? You could have gotten hurt even worse!" He buried his face in my Hoodie and started to hug me tighter. "I'm fine cain, but take a look at keith! I broke his nose." He looked at him and quietly laughed.
"Ha! Keith was right, you two ARE the thing huh?" One of keith groupies made a comment.
Cain glared at him and started to walk his way. The teacher went somewhere,guessing to get the nurse or principal. Anyways cain went up to Roger, looked at him then punched him in the face, guts, then kneed his face.
Roger was on the ground when Cain. Said.
"Guess you shouldn't be making snarky comments huh roger?" Then walk back to me.
"Come on, to the nurse with you Mr. Bad boy. I wounder what your uncle will say huh?" He dragged me away.
