Adivice Stories

NOTE my writing isn't the best, but I feel there is not enough info or comfort for those who are going through this! My hope is to step in and fill that gap with the knowledge and experience I have. Depersonaliztion and derealization are that weird ''auto-pilot'', ''not all there'', ''in a dream'' feelings that you can get when you are super stressed. Here I take a look at the feelings, the causes, and give you advice on how to deal with them.

I prefer to not waste your reading time with annoying authors notes. So this is a whole entire book full of them, so you don't I'll leave the story title as the notes chapter title or just use a while chapter for the same story.
