Black Ghost was defeated by the legendary Cyborg Soldier, Cyborg 009 Joe Shimamura, and his brothers and sister. Then they battled the immortal threat known as the Blessed. That is until a new threat emerged, the DaiGoRyuJin Battalion, made up of villains of Super Sentai Past risen from the Underworld to get revenge on the Super Sentai and those who believe in them. They even attacked the Nine Cyborg Soldiers and their creator Dr Issac Gilmore. Although, the Doctor was. captured by the Battalion's leader GoRyuJinOh, the Nine Cyborg Soldiers were rescued after their bodies were scanned and copied by him. There they met with the very first of the legendary Super Sentai, Himitsu Sentai GoRanger, who offered them powerful changers called the Cyclotron Changer and Driver, to battle the DaiGoRyuJin. Now with Allie's such as the legendary hero of justice, Kamen Rider #1, the strongest hunter Devilman, and the beautiful Agent AiKa, Joe and his friends will rescue the doctor with their fellow Super Sentai and defeat the DaiGoRyuJin Battalion as the Kamen Sentai Go-Zero-Zero-Nine.
