To Olivia it's the biggest joke she's ever read. As she goes through the overwhelming experiences of making new friends, loving herself and expertly ignoring the anonymous messenger, she can't ignore the nagging in her brain of who is the most ridiculous; The idiot that sent the text. Or herself for hoping it's true.
