Imagine having your whole life crumble apart in the span of a 24 hours. Your friends and family ripped away from you, the entire world going into a dark and calamitous ruin. Well, for Jeremy Heere and his best friend, Michael Mell, they don't have to imagine. It's their reality. The state of New Jersey goes into a wide spread panic after the news that the Apocalypse has started. Zombies roam the streets, numbers climbing higher and higher each day. Doing their best to survive, the two best friends fend for their families and each other. Then Jeremy sustains an injury that could change the course of everything. Out of fear for their friendship, he hides it from Michael. As they try to adapt to these turn of events, Michael and Jeremy realize that maybe their practice of destroying Nintendo Zombies wasn't going to be enough to keep them alive. (We do not own Be More Chill or any of the characters!! Virge, however, did create the amazing art used for the cover of this story!!)

Hey it breaks my heart to see the lack Of Michael X Reader stories because our small Be More Chill fandom is not recognized along with our other awesome Musicals such as Dear Evan Hansen. I do not own credit to anything here except the plot I'm choosing to follow. Also when something like Art is mine I will say so...
