Everyone knows. In DewClan, everyone is strong and well defined, muscular from swimming and climbing trees. But Splashkit has none of that. From the day he was born, he struggled with taunting, teasing, and name calling. Worthless Dummy Foxbrain Bat-Blind Badger-Pawed He's been called them all. Yet the only way he made it through was when he met Brightkit, a beautiful orange tabby who was born a moon early, and had only one developed eye. But that, in Splashkit's eyes, made her even more beautiful. When he is apprenticed, he trains alongside her, and the heartache of life seems to subside. But things change... *UNDER SEVERE EDITING!!! Morningshine always felt like a mess up. A fail, an unloved, unwanted piece of trash. She was pushed around, and scolded to no end. Until Mapleshade came. Mapleshade, her savior, her praise, her mother when she had no mother. She loved her, and cheered her on when Aquastar resented her and hated her. Mapleshade made her stronger, trained her, until she made her way up to deputyship, just as Mapleshade had promised. Then to leadership, when Mapleshade came to betray her. What will she do, will she listen to her sister, and forget the anger in her heart? Or will she follow her instincts?
