I was inspired by the character Medusa from Battle through the Heavens; I don't know anything about the show except her powers. I only know a little about her powers. I thought it'll be cool to make Hiccup like her. This is during season 5 of Race to the Edge. Hiccup gets thrown into a magical river water and becomes a snake-human hybrid. I'll explain as I go along the story.
