Bowser, Dark Pit, Waluigi, Bonkers, Boo, Koopa, Viviridi, Sumo Bro, and Ridley are the White Bully Party. Luigi, Toad, Roy (Fire Elbum), and Yoshi are there victims. But when Waluigi needs Luigi to tutor him, things take a strange turn.
