I have been the eyes and ears of the Kings of Winter and when the Dragons came I knew that the time of the Stark kings was over. Then Robert's Rebellion came and went. Robert became king and named Jon Arryan as his hand. When he died Robert came North to appoint Ned as his hand. When he went South of The Neck things started to spril out of control.
