Ten years before the manifestation of the first quirk, a glowing child from China, the world has undergone its first change. Gates opening into various dungeons led to the surfacing of the primordial type of people, called Awakened, or Hunters, the sole beings allowed to step foot into these monster-filled labyrinths. Now, years later, the existence of hunters has dwindled down with the sudden decrease of gates, only representing a meager ten percent of the world population and the spotlight falling on the up-and-coming young heroes. - 一 - As the sole remaining Monarch of the Chaos World, Sung Jin-Woo is the keeper of balance.
